I came to this location at 230p. There was 1 family in the lobby, and 1 car in the drive through. I stood in the front of the register for close to 10 minutes with anyone around that saw me saying "one moment...." I waited patiently to place my order to go, and wanted another 10 minutes for my food. I order a #7 combo small. The lobby was a mess (dirty floor, full trash cans over flowing). Come to find out the SHIFT MGR was the one whom I was waiting for to take my order. I dont frequent BK often, and this will add to the list of reasons why I will not. The food was slopped together, but otherwise tasted OK.

The service was friendly and fast, the french fries were hot and crispy, but the soda was watered down, the bun was not fresh, very little mayonnaise and lettuce, but most important the hamburger was not juicy or hot. And the cost of the meal has gone up higher than Burger Kings competition. I have not been here for about a year and probably will not return. The quality of the food will brings back the customers, try it!!

Well the burger was acceptable the shake was good the place was absolutely hot about 95 degrees they said the AC was on I asked him to turn it down they said they did but I felt no cool air coming in the place the air conditioner was actually turned which explains why it 12:20 on a Tuesday afternoon it was except for one other single person empty no one there reading probably because its too hot guys

Clean, didnt have to repeat my order, food was perfect. My bacon double cheeseburger was so pretty, it couldve been a poster model. Fries, onion rings, even the Icee Coke was perfect. Only con was that the service wasnt as friendly as Id normally like, but then again, it was 9 pm dining-in, so minor deduction. Exceptional Burger King.

I WENT IN THIS AFTERNOON AND ORDERED EVRYTHING FRESH. CINDY WAS VERY NICE ABOUT THE WHOLE THING SHE TOLD ME TO HAVE A SEAT AND THAT SHE WOULD BRING ME MY ORDER AS SOON AS IT COMES UP.THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME ANYONE DID THIS FOR ME.ILL BE BACK JUST TO HAVE HER TAKE MY ORDER. AND THE FOOD WAS EVEN BETTER THEN BEFORE. THANK YOU!!!

My wife had an awful experience yesterday. They got the order wrong. They forgot the onions rings, added a sandwich, and forgot Apple slices in the kids meal. Obviously these employees are going through the motions. Not to mention all our napkins had coke stains. Gross!

Just like the other reviews say. The cashier was busy yelling at other employees. The cashier didnt know how to use the register. Not enough cashiers, other than the rude and unskilled one.
