Our family actually really loves this Baja Fresh location. We usually come in the late afternoon and all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always take our $5 off coupons and never give us any problems. The food is always delicious and well prepared. Last time we were there, I ordered a burrito but was given two tacos instead. When I made them aware of the mistake they profusely apologized and got me my burrito very quickly. The eating area and bathrooms are all very clean. Salsa bar is well stocked and always tastes fresh. We go here about 2 times per month and will keep going back! Thanks!

The clock struck 9PM, but instead of serving the last two customers in line, they just closed. The place was bustling, with at least 8 workers actively preparing meals and many people eating at tables--so when the manager came over and studied her watch and made the command decision to kick us out rather than serve us, I thought she was joking. Instead, she followed us to the door changed the sign to "closed" after we left. What a crappy and LAZY thing to do.

The service is horrible. They mixed up my order, and gave me the wrong berrito, and they gave my friend the wrong burrito. We both took a bit from it and realised it was the wrong order.But the cashier (bryan) only agreed to correct one of the order. I was left without lunch. So the lesson I learned was not to shop here EVER. .
