This is perhaps the worst burger joint in the South Bay. We arrive and there are a few folks waiting in the lobby. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait for the two of us to be seated, but the bar was open seating. Quick glance into the main area and I counted 5 tables available for couples ir foursomes and two for larger groups. We went to the bar. It was nearly half empty as well. Then it took 15 minutes for a member of thw wait staff to see we were there, he came over and then said he would be right back to take our drink order. Another 10 minutes pass, while my wife goes to the lobby and gets menus for both of us. Finally he comes to get our drink order. .. two iced teas, no lemon. Of course it had DOUBLE fruit in both. He then asked if we were ready to order, but before we could he said he would be right back.... 5 minutes go by, 10 minutes.. up he pops again. We place our order. 20, 30, 40, 45 minutes go by. We complained twice during that time. He said he would see about a discount. The Manager came over and said there was a big rush and that he was in the kitchen.. he was all sweaty. Food arrives, lukewarm @ best. No discount. $47 and nearly two hours before food. Never ever going back. Id rather eat a month old happy meal.

Terrible. Very long wait for appetizers and when they arrived the fried mozzarella sticks were cold inside. Our server did not come by for another ten minutes and by then she said our food was next so we told her not to bring another order but then our food ended up taking another 10-15 minutes after that. We ordered Mac n cheese for our two kids-one order came in a soup style bowl with a handle piping hot and the other came on a large plate and looked like it was half eaten. The pasta was all shifted to one side like someone had been eating it and there was cheese smears on the side of the plate. We asked to send it back-I cant believe anyone in the kitchen or our server would think a plate looking like that would be acceptable. Our servers first response was to tell me that we had free refills on the Mac and cheese! As if getting more would somehow make up for a dirty plate that looked like someone had been eating out of it! It took another 5-10 minutes to get a replacement. When the check came, they had charged us for the undercooked mozzarella sticks. The place is dirty, they staff seems snarky and careless. Ill never go back and wont likely visit any other Red Robins again.

We have come many times to this location. Red Robins is Red Robins no matter what so the food is pretty good. But this locations service is terrible. I dont like to leave negative reviews but this is a culmination of many visits since they opened that location. Sure every place has a bad day but not every time you go. Right? Anyway tonight we were seated promptly and then a server came and took our drink orders then we sat a while. We sat some more oh yeah our drinks finally came. Then we got our onion rings. Then a second server comes up and says "oh I guess I gotta finish the job, are you ready to order?" she takes our order and then we sat drinks went empty we still sat. Looking for a server...an employee, anybody. Nobody they avoided us like a plague. Did we do something? Say something? No. You know way done and over this review. This place sucks and nobody there wants to work. Avoid this location if you can.

Was very disappointed tonight because normally Im very pleased. Walked in with a party of three, we were told to wait . She Never came back 5 minutes later someone else comes up another party of three comes in, I let her know we were still waiting and she starts whispering to another lady working there they turn to look at us told us to wait another 5 minutes and they sat the other party of three who just came in when we had been waiting. Ive never seen these people before ( you do not need them) so we walked out, all they said to us was come back soon. (Yeah right!!). I really enjoy my morgan hill restaurant but this was disgusting service. The time was 4:50 close to 5pm on July 8 2017. I trust you will be sure this will not happen again. Dining out is suppose to be a pleasure.

Went 10/15/14, waited 1 hr for food until Brittany pushed it for us and delivered it. Waited another 40 min. for check until Brittany finally informed me that shed comped our meal - Thank you Brittany. But, there was no sugars brought to table for my tea, I never got my fries, and the wait! Brittany also took my coupon for our meal to benefit the school, she deserves comp. too. My complaint is that if they had people in the kitchen walk out, why did they keep seating new guests? Seems they shouldve cut it off in order to catch up. Management???? Ive also been to this Red Robin location 2 or 3 times in the last year and each time the wait was deplorable, and the quality is only marginal. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Unfortunately, we decided to come here after having a similarly terrible experience at a different Red Robin. We erroneously thought it was the location. We ordered our food (nothing fancy, just regular menu items) and it took an exceedingly long time to arrive (upwards of 40 minutes - theyre just hamburgers). By the time they did arrive, my "garlic" fries were cold. It also turns out that their "garlic" fries are just regular fries with a little bit of garlic powder sprinkled on them...yeah, powdered garlic on some fries for something like an extra $1.50. I will not be dining at a Red Robin again after this experience.

Just terrible.....Ive never had such a bad burger in my life. Food arrived cold. (and took 30 min. to get to me and the place was almost empty...AT LUNCH. Their "Gourmet Cheeseburger" was hideous. There was so much of their sweet relish on it that you couldnt taste anything else. To top it off they slathered BBQ sauce on it? Not on the menu that way. I wanted a good cheeseburger and ended up with a cold mess that looked like someone cleaned off a dirty plate and put it between to cold burger buns. Not worth 5 cents let alone $9.75. I would recommend McDonalds or Burger King over this place.

Got there at 12. Took 20 min to get drinks, servers were rude and unorganized, appetizers came last, took an hour and a half to get our food, and an hour and a half to get some carrot sticks and ranch dressing. All the portions were tiny, and the soup was small, salty, and unappetizing. There was only 5 fries with our burgers, and we were served after other people who had come later than us. The place was not busy, but the staff was complaining about how there were "too many orders". Would not recommend. Try somewhere else

Horrible service. They made lots of mistakes. Took over 40 minutes to get our meals and both of them were prepared incorrectly. Everytime we asked for an item, it took asking twice and over 10 minutes to receive it. Unlimited frys? Not for us, unless I wanted to wait an hour. Sure they discounted my bill for one of the two bad meals. I shouldve walked out but we were hungery and tired. Our server blamed everyone else and did not take responsibility for his own mistakes and the manager did the same thing.
