We were concerned that it wasnt going to be as good as a typical restaurant because the food is prepared right in front of you from a buffet style countertop. The ingredients used were good though, and the food was very comparable to other restaurants. The freshly made roll was especially nice. The amount of customization was nice too, including one of those soft drink stations with multiple flavored syrups. The problems we had were that its served in disposable dishes, which probably makes sense from a business perspective, but makes the food look cheap. The other problem is that they were very understaffed when we went on a Saturday night at dinner time. The staff there were doing the best they could, but a long line formed and trash piled up out of trash can.

Very tasty Vietnamese food including spring rolls, pho, and banh mi. The peanut sauce is particularly good with the spring rolls. The sitting area was clean and comfortable and they have a bathroom for customers as well. Be sure to leave plenty of time when eating here though as actually making the food can take a while.

This place was awesome! The staff members were friendly and helpful. Everything was bright, clean and inviting. I love have a new great pho place close to home. They make your food right in front of you. You can see and pick & choose what goes in your entree. I would definitely recommend it.

My order: Pho with rare steak and beef broth, thin noodles. Banh mi teriyaki beef. I recommend these 2 from experience. I havent tried anything else but I can imagine its delicious. I like the cleanliness and food quality. If you go with your spouse, order 2 Phos and a banh mi.

Rolls skin were hard, peanut sauce was not the ordinary sauce we have in Vietnamese restaurant. The signature bowl had no sauce . Rice noodles was ok. BBQ pork was dry and didnt taste like the Vietnamese bbq pork

Simple menu of pho and spring rolls. Fresh made to order on the spot. They cook the noodles while you wait and add whichever ingredients you like in the soup and rolls.

So this is the first Vietnamese place Ive been to in a while. Their Banh Mi sandwiches are out of this world. Make sure you check this place out when you get the chance.
