We ate here for the first time tonight and were pleasantly surprised. I will admit that when we found out De Vega Bros had closed we were sad and scared that we wouldnt find another Italian place to eat. But this is definitely the place to go now. It was quiet but it is a Wednesday sooooo there ya go. Our server was doing everything but washing dishes (I think) and she was attentive and even made my coffee nudge to perfection (a coffee drink that is native to the Pacific Northwest). I had the Chicken Piccata and my hubby had the Bolognese w/vermicelli noodles.....servings were plenty. Both dishes could have easily been shared. The bread and garlic butter that was served could have been a bit better and that is why I only gave 4 stars. A note to the owner: you need more signage. You are tucked in a dark spot at the end of a road across from Dennys. And if you havent already looked into it I would suggest advertising on Groupon....you need to make sure everyone knows about you.

We were dissapointed in the salad, a plate of lettuce, croutons and dressing. 4 small pieces of bread and garlic butter served after the salad so guess it goes with the dinner. We ordered a glass of house red and white. Husband had the rib eye, I had the chicken parmegian both served with a side of pasta and veggies. We did enjoy our meal and wine. Downside, 4 guys talking politics 2 of which decided to swear throughout the conversation. Management should have asked them to be more respectful of the rest of their customers. We would go back and hope the atmosphere is better.

This is a great little hideaway that you can easily miss for Italian food. The food here has always been really delicious (i recommend the fried Calamari among others) , they have a good selection as well as a full bar. Staff here has always been really friendly and nice to talk too. My only wish is that, for the price you pay for the food i wish that the proportions were larger, they felt small too me (or maybe i just have a big appetite!) Would highly recommend, you need to at least try this place Once, but Twice is Thrice as Nice!!!

Cute little place that used to be a chicken wings joint. They kept the TVs and bar, but now serve great Italian food as well. Their pasta is great and the bread and butter served with the meal is fantastic. Its a great place for a quiet night out in the Lathrop/Manteca area, in fact one of the best restaurants around. Service can occasionally be a bit slow, but thats more a reflection of the area than the restaurant.

I had an Amazing experience here. Came in at 8:30 on a Sunday night (they close at 9:00) and the waitress still treated me like a king. I had a chicken dish with caper sauce that was one of the best Italian dishes Ive ever had. Came with salad and bread, both were handmade and unique but delicious. Cant wait to come back next time Im in town. One of my favorite all time restaurants.

Nice cozy and quiet place. Staff was friendly and attentive. Had the chicken picatta, which came with penne regatta, sauteed vegetables, small caesar, and bread. Overall the food was good and paired with a nice house Cabernet was even better. Do not blink or you will miss it. Worth the stop.

From the service to the food it was just awful experience, Im not sure if the waitress was just having a bad day but it was just not working out. I ordered the veal with prosciutto my wife had the chicken and the only bright side out of the meals was probably the fettuccine dish and that was okay

Ordered appetizer calamari (awful-no seasoning), salad (just romaine lettuce leaves) chicken parmigane (needed seasoning) clam chowder -new England style (who thought that would be the best thing from an Italian restaurant?) Definite needs impovement

Excellent food and service. Just the right amount of food. Perfectly seasoned garlic wine sauce with my Shrimp Scampi although the accompanying penne pasta was just slightly over cook. Over all a great experience
