If I could give no stars I would first time ordering here because its supposed to be best in town. Horrible customer service. We ordered a bunch of food for pick up and when we got home it was all the wrong stuff, so we called back then the lady argued with us telling us that we got what we ordered. First of all she gave us a bunch of stuff with shrimp in it, we dont eat anything seafood so its not what we ordered at all, after argueing with my husband, she finally said to come back and get correct order so my husband went back for the second trip and she wouldnt give him the correct order once he was there, she was rude handed him a box of noodles(literally) and said "this all you get for free" its like first of all we spent a bunch of money on food we didnt order so we should get the correct food! Secondly we told her we just wanted the plain chow mein and she literally just gave us plain noodles with nothing on it. I have no idea why this place has such good reviews we spent a good amount of money here and didnt even eat any of what we paid for, we had a horrible experience with the customer service here and will never return nor recommend. Five thumbs down!!!

I just walk in and walk out! The lady at the register just greeted us saying for here ir to go, like 3 times! I told her to at least let me walk in! Then she said, to go, to go, just 20 minutes, to go and slap my arm! It was my first time and I walk out, you dont touch people to make a statement and definitely you dont yell at people telling them that the order needs to be to go because you guys are closing! We still had over 40 minutes to eat there! Im from out of town and they have me a pretty bad impression!

Been coming here all my life and "converted" people from all over. I love lincoln chinese, the lunch special is the best and Im going to be honest, sometimes the service could use improving. Ive had both good and bad experiences. And for younger crowd: the bad ones someone always happen when Im without someone older who looks more well off. Even with that, I go there at least once a month.

The restaurant needs to have some sort of a combo plate for people that come in that dont have friends or family or anything because I dont want to order more food than I need to have dinner so some sort of a combo play would be nice for a single person to sit down and eat

Disgusting!! I couldnt even eat the chow-mein! It had a foul oder and was very oily!! Tasted spoiled. Ordered a broccoli and beef as well, but the meat tasted raw. Cant believe people told me they prefered Lincoln Chinese over Jumbos. Never ordering from here again.

Great food and great staff. A little crazy once in awhile, but that is because it is so popular! Dine in, or take out, all is good. Attempting to walk my way through the extensive menu. Havent found anything which disappointed.

Food was just ok. Fried rice was dry, orange chicken was way overcooked, and the chicken salad was very wet. The best part was the walnut shrimp but they werent enough to save the meal.

Im sure this tastes good, but I expected my lemon chicken to be covered in lemon sauce. I guess this place fries you the whole chicken and windsurfers the sauce. DIY Chinese food to go.
