*SLOW, RUDE, AND SERVE COLD FOOD* Im only giving it one star because giving it zero stars is not allowed. I just returned home after waiting an astonishingly painful 20 minutes in the drive thru. To find that my two large fries werent even remotely warm. Now I call to complain and nobody answers the phone. That is like the third time this month. I know good help is hard to find but come on

I had a problem with my air conditioning in my car. I wasnt even a customer of Jack and the Box and the manager not only lent me a screwdriver but then found me some wire, some tape and a zip tie to repair the switch in my car. I cannot believe how helpful this manager was. Best manager ever. Im thinking raise time!

The team leader for the graveyard shift her name is Nancy she is very nice to the customers and she always has a smile on her face & always makes sure the customers food is hot & fresh should give her pay raise. Keep up the good work Nancy for the Lathrop ca. Jack in the box. I will keep coming back.

Ordered some curly fries thinking hey its early maybe there making them fresh. Wrong. The whole box was just old overcooked end pieces I just threw them away couldnt eat it. And getting my receipt from the manager was a hassle its like they knew I was going to put a bad review of them.

The slowest jack in he box I have ever been to. I had two cars in front of me, and I was in the line for exactly 14 minutes after I gave my order and before I was at the window. I felt like I had to go back and re-fill up my gas tank. Incredibly slow.

Fast and friendly service. Order was accurate and fresh. Aside from the garbage cans being full it was a very good experience. The bathrooms were even clean and serviceable. By the way, they do not serve their food on ceramic plates as pictured.

I came here in the morning and had a hair in my burrito. It looked like a pubic hair. I called the store they said to bring it in and I did Got a new burrito no problem. But I noticed not everyone was wearing a hair net like the manager.
