I have been an employee for many years at this establishment, and have never engaged in any racial bias, nor have I witnessed it from any of my fellow coworkers. Pizza factory prides itself in providing a safe and friendly environment for all of its customers. I was not working the day the Google reviewer known as Jason Oh ate at this establishment, but I can assume the instances in which he or she is referring to are inaccurate. I would also like to invite this very same reviewer to fully practice the ant-racist sentiments he or she wishes to preach, and not fill Google review pages with intolerant messages, like the one found in their review of Universal Studios Hollywood, which I have attached in my review.

Best kept secret in southern California. The pizza here is down right amazing. Pesto pizza is perfection. Great salad bar. Ridiculous place, called to place an order, got put on hold for ten minutes and forgotten about called back to address it and place my order and was told very rudely to hold yet again without addressing the fact that I just told her I was on hold for ten minutes straight, incredibly rude will never buy from here!

Always a friendly smile when you come in, while the pizza at times can be a little greasy for my taste. It is delicious, what makes it better is almost everything on the menu is made from scratch! Its definitely a hometown favorite, and I can see why!

They dont deliver before 4 p.m. and nor do they deliver after 8, the pizzas can be doughy, they put you on hold for too long when you do call in orders, the place is kind of expensive, however the store is clean.

Horrible customer service. Called at 6:35pm and was told two hours for 2 large pizzas! Thats ridiculous. NO pizza is that good. They should have better management.

I would recommend eating at pizza factory because their pizza is SO THE BOMB OF ALL PIZZA. their cooking is a little slow but is so the 10-20 minute wait.
