Ordered some seafood to go with the family. We selected fresh red snapper fillets and large shrimp from the fish market and frozen scallops. The shrimp was shelled, deveined and butterflyed. All three were battered with seasoned cornmeal and deep fried to perfection! My entire family was extremely satisfied with our meal. I just wish we lived closer because we would be here all the time.
