The manager, Jeremy Blancato gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After waiting in line for 50 minutes, I was informed by one of the hostesses that I was skipped in the order of seating and that I would be seated next. When the server came to check how many times I had been skipped, The manager threw some papers at him and said in a very rude manner, “show me where we skipped them” in front of other customers including myself. That seemed very childish and unprofessional. During the meal, I had a drink remade due to it not being brought out as ordered. I also order Parmesan cheese on my steak and shrimp and I did not receive the cheese. Next, towards the end of the meal, the server did not show and I asked for support from the manager to get to-go boxes, a bill and to express my discontent from the beginning of the visit. The manager stated "OK" and as I started to ask what he plans to do, he walks away from my table. I requested for him to return and I inquired about his level of unconcern and if there was anything he planned to do to make the visit better. He responded with, "I am not changing the bill and you can walk out on the bill if you like". I expressed that I felt that that statement was inappropriate and degrading. He expressed that because I was related to one of the servers that things "got mixed up". I asked him to explain what that meant and he then stated that I could leave the restaurant if I was unhappy. At this point I asked to speak to his manager and he gave me his card to call the store another day when she is present. I then laid the money on the table and walked out. I felt very disrespected. I would expect for the customers experience to be valued. I would expect to enjoy the meal as ordered and as paid for. I would expect that if there was no monetary compensation for poor service, then I would at least be made to feel that I am invited to come back and reassured that this would not happen again. I am very disappointed that a manager would treat a customer in such manner. I am hoping that I will be able to enjoy a pleasant experience again at this Red Lobster and that I will be made to feel valued as a customer.

Horrible horrible experience. When we arrived we were told there was a 45 minute wait we waited over an hour . I understand busy Saturday night at least the service will be better. Wrong it took over and hour to get out food meanwhile other tables were seated fed and cleared. We had to ask multiple waiters for water . After spending almost 3 hrs. Waiting to either be seated or served it took them another 40 minutes to bring us the check. It got to the point where we had to get up and demand our cards back meanwhile the manager pretended to look for the waiter which was standing in front of me processing other waiters bill. In the end the manager tried to apologize by telling us to come back sarcastically. Worst place literally spent 4 hrs. only to recieve beyond overcooked cold food

Me and my bf have came here several times before. This time is the last time. We waited about 25mins for a table which wasnt bad for a sunday night. When we did get our table we were seated in the back which had an additional 5 table open. So why the 25mins wait?! Anyways, when we were seated a lady came by (probably manager) and asked how we were doing, we said fine. A man behind us was complaining about his waitress being gone for a long time, we thought he was a jerk and just complaining for no reason. Well 15 mins pass and no one comes to take our order . . . no drinks, no bread, no service. We left! 40mins wasted for nothing! We ended up going to El Torito which is now my bfs fav restaurant lol. I would recommend not coming here.

First (and last) visit here. Came for my Sweeties Birthday. I had the chicken soft tacos. They were just so so. Guess thats what I get for not ordering fish. My Sweetie had lobster. Far from very good. It was over cooked and almost impossible to get out of the shell. If you have to use a steak knife to cut the lobster, that should tell you something. For the side, she had the corn on the cob. Wasnt cleaned very well, had lots the corn hair (forgot what its called). Service was very sub standard. Only real upside to the visit was the biscuits.

Red lobster has gotten that wrong and this is a perfect example why. The waiters and waitresses here need a lot of work. The service here is questionable and slow. The parking lot is always full and theres always a long wait before entering. Recommendations for reservations are highly encouraged here. The food however is delicious but never consistent. The restrooms are kept very tidy and they smell fresh. Everything about this establishment is top notch. However a new management would benefit so much more if a new regime were appointed..

I had a roach in my food. I wanted the food so badly that I politely asked the manager to give me another plate and for 50% off of my entire meal. He suddenly got extremely upset at me and shoved me into the table. As I fell to the ground I naturally grabbed the table cloth and yanked 3 drinks, silverware, plates, and condiments off of the table onto my face, clothes, and body. :( I am scarred for life. I would give this place 0 stars but that is not possible so one star has to suffice.

Firstly, our waiter was nice and all but forgot to bring us plates and ask if we needed anything, which we did. The nearby waitress seemed to be super attentive and friendly, though. The decors like any other red lobster. The food was okish. The shrimp linguini I ordered was not good; very mushy and even cold. My friends food was neither great nor bad. Even the biscuits were blah. Im just visiting the area, but I probably would not come back if I lived around here.

I love their food but alot of times when I go there its a loooong wait and not enough seating while your waiting for your table (3 stars). I did have a awesome waiter who remembered all the orders for a table of five with substitutions without writing anything down. When the food came out he correctly remembered who ordered what. Very impressed and he was rewarded.

My order was overcooked, the items were not complete. I ordered 2 sides and only got one, and that did not have the toppings on it that were ordered. The Rock Lobster was dry and over cooked. I am allergic to rice and advised the server, yet they put all of the main course on a bed of rice. Lets just say my night and dinner was ruined.

A casual dinning experience, we had the steak and Lobster meal. The steak was prepared well and had great taste and flavor, the lobster tail on the other hand was very bland and no flavor. The butter and seasoning they provided did nothing to the lobster. Overall it was a nice dinning experience.
