Came to the drive-thru I couldnt hear what the girl was saying she took my order wrong she was very slow until the manager took over and I told her you couldnt hear nothing from the speaker outdoor dont recommend it to no one. Bad service it doesnt matter if you go through the drive-thru or through the front be the last time that I go there.

This is the worse place ever!!! Understaffed and took forever for them to take our order.. then took at least 20 mins to get our order and then messed that up. Then the guy had the nerve to have an attitude when I called him on it. Never going back there again!! Just got home and realized they didnt give me a fry that I paid for smh

Slowest workers ever! Waited 10 minutes in drive-thru & the line wouldnt move. So I parked thinking the inside order would be quicker. Cashier & manager let me stand in front of register for 5 minutes before they took my order... no one was in line! When the cashier (Raquel) finally attended me she had a very crappy attitude. Tf.

Terrible customer service. They made me pull over and wait because my order wasnt ready and proceeded to forget about my order. I waited 15 minutes and went in to ask them for my food. They said they had already taken it out and accused me of lying. Will not eat here again.

Service here is always super slow. The are only two decent cashiers. The other day I waited over ten minutes for my sandwich and by the time I got home, I noticed it was the wrong order!!
