So a year ago I found the place, and posted this, with a three star review: I was in the area and needed a quick dinner, so I stopped here and tried their "colossal burger", which was their regular burger with a bunch of pastrami on top. I was reasonably impressed with it. I wouldnt drive for miles just to go back, but I would have no problem going back if I happened to be in a similar situation in the future. Their horchata was clearly the fake stuff from a soda fountain, though, not the fresh stuff. Since then, I have stopped here a few more times (when I was in the area), and have been way more impressed with some of their other food, and notably, for the sheer *quantity* of food you get for the price. Just one regular burger for three bucks is enough to fill up the average stomach (and its a pretty good burger, though nothing mindblowing except in food/dollar). The chicken dinner is probably enough for two people, or one *really* starving person (and again, nothing mindblowing, but pretty good food). Definitely the place to go if you have a lot more hungry people than cash - I still wouldnt go way out of my way for it, but anyone whos nearby and goes to a standard fast food chain instead of coming here, is dumb, because basically, the food is like fast food type food, only better quality and you get a crazy amount of it.

I wish I could give this place 5 minus stars ( -☆☆☆☆☆). I have eaten at this burger place for years upon years. What a DECLINE in customer service and food QUALITY! I ordered Chili cheese burger and fries well done..."crispy " it looked as if someone with an upset stomach let go under the bun, and my fries were soft and in little bits. They looked as if they were unwanted crumbs/scraps from someone elses plate. I asked for yellow clilies and was told to get them my self. This order was to go, so imagine the suprise when we walked back home to find such trash in the bag! Yuck! I call immediately to report the problem. I was told to call back tomorrow night. We walk back someone claimed the manager gave us a hard time.

Amo la comida de este lugar, los waffles son los mejores que haya probado en mi vida, frescos y recién hechos. La hamburguesa de Avocado (aguacate) y las Chilli Cheese Fries están para chuparse los dedos. El servicio es lento y el personal no muy amable pero por ese sabor estoy dispuesta a pagar y omitir el mal servicio que a veces dan :P

I wont spend my money anywhere where discrimination seems to be practiced on a regular basis. The workers are extremely rude and unfriendly. I decided that I did not want to line the pockets of a company that allows that sort of thing to go on. I asked for my debit card back and refused to buy something I had ordered after waiting for way too long for no good reason... they gave the card back but apparently had charged my card anyway and did not credit the money back... so they seem to be unethical as well. These guys will never get a penny of my hard earned money again.

Ugh. Where do I start? Was asked to stop here as it was said to be awesome way back when 10 years ago. I ordered cheeseburger, fries, fried zucchinis, hard tacos, milkshake. The cheese wasnt even melted on my burger when I got it, however, that wasnt the worst part: the patty itself in the burger was cold. The fries were OK, the fried zucchini were the freshest thing we had, the milkshake was super yummy! The tacos tasted as though they were made with chili not regular ground taco meat.

Great food at reasonable prices. Service, meh, all the employees looked very dour and were not overly friendly, not rude, mind you, just not warm and welcoming. The carnitas burrito was $6, and huge. More rice and beans than meat and not very spicy but filling. My companion had the bacon burger for $4, he said it was better than most fast food burgers. We should have shared an order of fries. The size of the $2.20 fries was enough for 2 people.

Worst customer service ever! Cashier was rude and clearly doesnt care about her job. Her attention was elsewhere while taking my order and couldnt even keep up with what I was ordering. After I ordered, of course my food didnt come out right. I asked them to fix it and I had about 3 employees give me attitude about my request. I will not be coming here again and dont recommend for anyone else to come here unless you want to be treated badly.

The food there was great but its much better for carry out. Employees there often have very bad attitudes. Went there a while back with my family and the woman working drive thru kept cutting us off when we would speak to her and she slammed the window shut when we attempted to ask for extra condiments. Regardless of that experience, like I have said before, the food is really good, I would totally recommend the chili cheese fries!

Food is excellent. Portions r very large. Prices can get $$ depending on what it is. Be prepared to wait to place ur order and then for ur food. They r very busy. Make sure u have everything when u do get ur food bc its hard to get help bc of how busy they r. The tables r the issue and so is the dining room. Staff need to be out cleaning more as the tables r often dirty and food dropped on the floor but still a good place to eat.

The service here is fast & friendly! The cashier is always nice. If u go eat breakfast there is a lady cleaning up & refilling coffee, she is really nice. Me & my husband like to eat breakfast here. He likes the steak & eggs & the chili cheese omlette too, those r his fav! I like the french toast combo & the blt omlette. Lunch & dinner r good too! Everything there hits the spot. Prices r great!

First of all they dont offer any sandwich or burger in a combo therfore everthing must be bought separately. Wanted to order breakfast at 6 but they dont serve past noon WOW!! Really? Also since its a dine-in restaurant they should have people delivering the food to ur table and not have to wait in line to pick up food . Would rate this place half a star

This review is a long time coming. THE BEST BACON CHEESEBURGER EVER!!! I dont know what it is that makes it so delish, but I lived a block away from this place and over the course of 2 months I had probably gained 30 pounds. Make this your number one spot! Everytime I visit Socal this is my first stop, sadly, I am now a Norcal Native :P ENJOY!!

Old-school diner seating with a fast food counter. The double bacon cheeseburger was good, and the fries were great, but the food could have been warmer when served. They have a huge selection, from burgers & fries to fish tacos & pollo asada to fried chicken & waffles. This is a great spot for comfort food. There is also a drive-through.
