If I could, i would give 0 stars. The lady that was serving me had an attitude. Then when i went to pick up my order i asked for 5 zesty sauces and a bbq (i love the zesty sauce). I ordered 4 burgers and fries but she said she could only give me 2 sauces and i had to be charged 0.25 per extra sauce. So then i told he it was no where on the menu that she had to charge me and she replied " i dont have to have it up here" so i asked for a receipt for the purchase and she refused. Im pretty sure thats illegal.

I had the same problem as Kiara Diaz. The lady with the sweaty upper lip "yuk" told me I only get 1 sauce per order of 10 chicken nuggets, unless I paid 25 cents per extra. (I think she pockets it). Later that same night I saw the commercial again that clearly shows 2 sauces amongst 10 nuggets. Im pretty sure thats false advertising! If you start a promotion like 10 nuggets for 1.50 to lure in customers, dont pickpocket them at the same time, (if this IS policy), youre only gonna lose customers.

Dont think Im going back no more... more like for sure..And the kids around the neighborhood parents should not as well . If they can handle orders correctly service correctly makes me think how they handle & maintain the food, etc! I would ignore the top post regarding bring your kids after school place for kids.. Totally false

Well, this is a decent place to come and get a bite to eat when you are craving a whooper. The only problem i have with this place is the fact they really need a renovation if they want to appeal to its customers. That is the main reason i dont come here often because it has its wears and tears.

First time here and this place is filthy. Its lonely yet no one is taking the time to clean. All tables are sticky floor is stcky as well. Fountain drink area smells horrible they left a bucket of dirty water dirty wet rag smell. And they are extremely slow. Wont be coming back here

Service is bad. The restaurant itself was extremely unsanitary.Restrooms were filthy, the worst part was that when my family and I went to eat at a table (which was dirty) we found a maggot that had fallen from a giant gap in the ceiling. Will write to the company.

The Cashier was very patient, friendly and informative to me as I rarely visit a Burger King. It was very late at night and they were almost closing when we arrived with a big order. I really appreciated their service.

Came in craving BK, whopper didnt taste like most Burger Kings - lettuce was old, tomato raw, & onions were rubbery. Service was bad & bathroom was also a mess. Wont be stopping at this location any time soon.
