My nights are hot........... and steamy.......... and sinfully carnal........... ....whenever Im at BBQ Night! A former diner serving American comfort food, BBQ Night serves up delicious AYCE Korean BBQ in Hawaiian Gardens. I had a power lunch with my Yelp buddy, Steve, in celebration of my birthday. We miss ya at events, buddy! Banchan & dipping sauces greeted us at our table. Sesame oil & salt is available upon request. Fresh salad & rice paper were brought out, before the meat orgy commenced. Spicy soondubu to warm the soul. We went with the $14.99 Plan B. Wait, this isnt the morning after pill. I meant, the $14.99 Special B. Yes, thats it. Some meats we had - brisket, spicy shrimp, pork jowl My favorite were the.......wait for it...........Large Intestines DUN DUN DUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNN!!!! Steve was highly reluctant to avail himself of pork offal, but I managed to convince him to suck it up & try a piece. He liked it! And, he went back for more! Chewy, fatty & packed with flavor, the large intestines at BBQ Night didnt have a poopy taste at all. I loved it so much, I had 3 plates of it ;p Grilling our various meat was easy on the round grill. It was only changed once during our visit. The grill does tend to dirty right away. The chadol seemed to stick onto the surface. Perhaps a non-stick style surface could help with that. No better way to end all the meat mayhem than with AYCE Thrifty ice cream! Come to Daddy, baby! Green tea, strawberry, rocky road, lemon sherbert and, I think, some vanilla/strawberry swirl were awaiting my grubby mitts to lovingly scoop them up into my styrofoam cup. I went back for seconds, but I didnt feel bad about it. Live to eat, not eat to live. Right? ;p Service was okay. We were given an extra tong so we could man the grill on both sides & the requested sesame oil & salt were brought out as asked. The waitstaff are young whippersnappers, so if youve had difficulty communicating with attendants at other Korean BBQ places, suffice to say, you wont here at BBQ Night Parking is in a private lot at the Zion supermarket center, which can be difficult on the weekends. TVs are available to watch the game or the latest episode of your favorite Korean soap opera. Sufficient seating for large & small parties. Hungry, my friend? Hit up BBQ Night for delicious meat that wont break the bank. The foods on point, the price is right & the AYCE Thrifty ice cream will bring a little sunshine into your life. Highly recommend! This is the best Korean bbq restaurant in Orange County / Los Angeles hands down. OK, so its not the restaurant with the fanciest, nicest looking exterior, but its got the best All You Can Eat Korean food, by far. OK, and maybe a couple of the servers dont always come back to your table super quick when you call them, but still they are friendly and helpful. But its all about the endless Korean BBQ all you can eat for me....their All You Can Eat option C is seriously the best Korean BBQ I have ever had in my life. I have been to Korean bbq restaurants in Los Angeles, Garden Grove, Orange County, New York, Las Vegas, Korea and around the world, and never have I had Korean barbecue that was so well seasoned and flavorful with the melt in your mouth texture that youre looking for. It must be the fact that its Organic, grass fed beef meat that they use, that and the fact that the head chef used to be a chef at the fanciest most expensive Korean restaurant in Los Angeles (as it says on their website). The side dishes alone far surpasses a lot of the main Korean foods offered at other Korean restaurants! Seriously, youve got to try it to believe it. You could literally have a whole satisfying meal just eating the side dishes and rice. But then throw in the all you can eat organic beef Korean bbq and now you have a meal fit for a king! Dont let the unassuming exterior of this restaurant get in the way of enjoying the best, most delicious Korean bbq and Korean food anywhere within 50 miles of Cerritos, Buena Park, Garden Grove, Long Beach, Artesia, Norwalk, Irvine and all of Orange County/ and L.A. Also, the prices for combos here may seem steep, but when you actually order a combo, you realize its actually a better deal than All You Can Eat! We came in with a party of four and ordered a combo, and we were all stuffed and still had leftovers to bring home. All in all, a great value and an incredibly tasty eating experience. And a tip if you want extra savings: If you like their page on Facebook they hook you up with tasty deals now and then too! We got a deal that included a whole bunch of All You Can Eat meat options for only $9.99, but it was a limited time deal only on Facebook. They also offer you $20.00 of free wine, beer or soju if you sign up for their VIP list. Anyway, cant say enough good things about Korean Garden BBQ...just an incredibly understated gem of a restaurant that I highly highly recommend to anyone who loves amazing Korean barbecue done right.

Wow, Ive been to Korean Garden Korean BBQ a few times in the past and was always impressed with their gourmet level flavors and seasoning in all their foods, from the side dishes (banchan) to the grass fed organic beef. But I just went here last week and my goodness how the food has improved! Is that even possible??! Yes it is. The Korean barbecue dish called flower beef is truly one of the most delicious Korean dishes I have ever tasted. It is a gourmet Korean dish that is only served at one other restaurant in all of Southern California, and it is an expensive upscale gourmet Korean restaurant in Los Angeles. Turns out, the guy who is in charge of the meat at Korean Garden BBQ is the same guy who used to head the meat buying and preparing at the high end, fancy schmancy korean restaurant in Los Angeles, Ktown. Anyway, whatever you do, do yourself and your friends or family a great favor and try the Flower Beef made of organic grass fed beef, the rib eye portion, served up exotic gourmet Korean style. It is the one that looks kind of raw and red in Korean Garden BBQs video on their website. The flower beef is not raw, however, it is fully cooked, just medium rare in the center. They use a special method to prepare this dish, making it a truly unique Korean food dining experience unlike youll try at any other Korean barbecue place anywhere. You wont find it at any Korean bbq restaurant in Orange County, Garden Grove, Fullerton, Irvine, Cerritos, Long Beach, or anywhere, except for Korean Garden BBQ and the expensive Korean restaurant in Los Angeles. The banchan, or side dishes at Korean Garden have markedly improved with bolder, tastier flavor sensations across the board. They bring out like 14 or 15 side dishes - remarkable. And when youre done, which you will be after tasting the marvelous flavors, they gladly replenish your table with the delectable side dishes for free as much as you want. Of course, the organic beef Korean bbq is to die for. Wow, you havent really tried gourmet kalbi (marinated short ribs) until youve tried the kalbi here. Again, utterly amazing and youll wonder how you could have lived all these years without having tasted this earth shatteringly delicious dish. All in all, I wish I could have given Korean Garden BBQ a 10 out of 5, just the best darn Korean BBQ restaurant with the best Korean food Ive ever tasted.
