Email club members get a free choice of any dessert during their birthday month Im an ice cream eating son-of-a-gun. The peach cobbler a la mode flirted with me, teasing me with its curvaceous fresh peach slices & ample buttery, crumbly crust. But, my heart went to another - the Jumpy Monkey sundae. The Jumpy Monkey sundae is Carrows copyrighted name for the classic banana split. Banana, whipped topping, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, walnuts complete with a maraschino cherry on top. It was perfect for this scorcher of a day. The vanilla ice cream was cold & creamy, the fudge was rich & the maraschino cherry was the ubiquitous coup de grace. So very good! On my last visit, I ordered off of Carrows special menu, choosing the chili-rubbed pork loin. Included were coleslaw, choice of potatoes & garlic bread. The coleslaw was crunchy, with a little kick to it. For the potatoes, I chose country potatoes. They were fluffy on the inside & filling. The garlic bread was good from the few bites I had of it. The pork loin was delicious! Cooked just right, tender, succulent & fatty. I wouldve preferred a more substantial amount, but what was there was great. Service was rather slow. It didnt seem too busy & the person attending me even said she forgot about me. Tsk Tsk. The restaurant was clean, so Carrows had that going for it. Man, I cant believe I havent ballooned up by now. I may have to start wearing a bra to cover up my man boobs :( NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

I had never stepped a foot in to a Carrows Restaurant, and I never will. We walk in my husband, son and I. We sat for 25 minutes waiting to be seated. There was plenty for booths and 3 tables free. We were told 4 different times that they would seat us. However they just kept walking by us. If your staff cannot seat my family in a timely matter then I will not spend my money here. Thank you for the horrible first and last impression.

The service was bad the waitress wasnt very attentive and didnt come back on our table nor did she do that to another table. I noticed and she was asain unfriendly and antisocial behavior and was always in a rush and place wasnt even busy. I dont recommend this place to anyone who is looking for good customer service also the other employees ignore anyone who ask them items like napkins etc and walk past them.

I give it 4 stars because I came here a few different times with friends for breakfast an each time the food was great and everyone was satisfied. Although I did happen to come in on a Thursday night and the restaurant was understaffed. The waitress was pleasant and as prompt as she possibly could be.So expect to say it some. My family and I really like the menu choice selections and enjoy returning.
