Hint ladies: Microfoam is still foam. I dont want 3 inches of it on a 12 oz latte. Especially when I specify NO foam. Ideally there should be a very small amount of foam on a good latte. You make great baked goods but need to learn how to listen to customer requests when it comes to coffee. Your cake is better than your coffee by a far sight.
