First of all - really nice people, so makes the experience enjoyable and creates a good atmosphere. Its nice to have people behind the counter that seem to like having people come in - unlike Starbucks, but thats another issue. Second, the bagels are GREAT - nice and dense, not hamburger-bunny like some (all?) of the grocery store brands. Love a good bagel!

Empty coffee. Empty creamer. When you tell the staff they ask you incredously, "Do you want me to fill it?" The eye roll is complimentary, of course. Big Apple serves bagels and bad attitude. Think Ill go back to Starbucks where they actually give a _ _ _ _ about customer service.

Such nice people and super great quality food. They actually make the bagels from scratch onsite. Rare these days. Muffins are My Favorite Muffin, just like in Reno.
