There is a sign on the front door informing you before you walk in that they are not a fast food restaurant and they take their time cooking their food. When ordering, we were informed there was about a 25-30 minute wait; I believe we waited around 20 minutes, as in any normal restaurant. There are tables inside; however, seating is limited and there are two tables outside for eating. The inside lacks some decor but there are some pictures on the wall and a jukebox for music. I ordered the tri-tip combo with rice pilaf and potato salad. Everything was delicious! The tri-tip had a delicious sauce and I could taste the cracked pepper in every bite. My dad ordered the ribs combo with macaroni salad and the cowboy chili beans. The ribs combo comes with three ribs and three rib tips; they are a dry rub. He added the "very hot barbecue sauce" to his; the sauce is *very* hot, as labeled. We both really enjoyed our meals.

Best BBQ in Clovis California. The food is awesome and there gost pepper BBQ sause is good & hot. The staff there are great guys! They closed at 8pm, the staff did there cleanup for the night but let us stay late on there own time so we could watch the Oilers v Ducks game. Awesome ghost pepper bbq sauce Everything is smoked and cooked on that smoker/barbecue out front in the parking lot Thanks Grill Masters BBQ

Had the tri tip sandwich and it was fresh off da grill ..bomb... cant say 2 much about the inside of the estabilshment it was clean but the decor was something i didnt care about.... all that Raider stuff made me sick and really couldnt enjoy my meal .... Jk... food was delicious will ne a return customer.. Thanks. From a 49er faithful..

Had lunch here for the first time. The food was excellent and even though they are Raider fans this is my new go to BBQ joint. Had the TriTip sandwich and I can honestly say it was the best tri tip I have ever had! The wife had the pulled pork and it was piled on with the best tasting smoked pulled pork ever. Wow what an experience!!!

This is a true mom-n-pop, locally owned and operated. They started to hire new employees but it used to be just the entire family making it happen. The main lady remembered my name after only having been there once before. Love! The tri-tip and fries.Their BBQ sauce is fantastic, I like the spicy one. Havent been dissapointed yet.

Food is great but they should be more cautious about whats on their TV. There was some very young kids in line and there was a movie on with very vulgar loud cuss words, the parents had to tell their kids a few times to not watch it and eventually take them to the other side of the restaurant. Other then that, the food is amazing...

I ordered the tri tip combo with macaroni salad and fries. The tri tip was thinly sliced, smoke favored, and juicy. The fries were mediocre, but you go there for the meat not fries. The meal was big enough to share with my wife. I would have liked a roll, but overall good experience. The owner is very passionate about his food.

Been here a couple times. Food is great. Service not so much. Today came in and order 2 breakfast burritos. They told me a 15/20 minute wait no problem. Waited 45 minutes for my food to go. The people that ordered after me were finished eating and left 10 minutes before I even got my food. Definitely room for improvement there.

Came here with my parents to try something diffrent. You definitely need to be patient to get your food. We waited about 15 minutes for our order. We got the BBQ Combination Platter and a Bacon Cheeseburger. Overall the flavor was good. The trip tip was soft and delicious. Definitely recommend if you love meat.

1st time customer today. Smelled great! Ordered double cheese burger, and chili cheese fries. Not busy today. Waited 36 minutes..... Burger was so salty, I didnt even eat half of it. The "chili" fries were "chili bean" fries. Took a couple bites, and left. I guess we should have tried the tri tip.

First time here, my boyfriend and I were very impressed. The tri tip is cooked to perfection, and so were the chicken breast. Also I have to add that the fries were on point with the seasoning. We live right around the corner and Im glad we finally tried this bbq place. I highly recommend it!

These guys get better everytime I go there. Great outlook! Amazing staff, and very clean restrooms! Also military friendly. Never had a bad experience here - with the exception of the first few times which had a long wait and food coming out at different times.

Man my wife and i absolutely loved this place. Small home in the wall but man they get down on the smoker! Best and biggest burgers around hands down. Most tender,juicy, succulant tri tip, ribs, and burgers! You will not b disappointed.

Great flavors, but sandwich was fairly small for price. I will return and try their burgers. The pulled pork and tri-tip sandwiches were delicious. Tri-tip had a great Smokey flavor. Their hot barbeque sauce is awesomely scorching.

I always go to this bbq joint every time I am in Fresno. Giving them 4 stars today cause they messed up order today by giving me the wrong sides. The bbq is off the hook. I get the brisket when its available. Highly recommended.

Love the food here . The mini Matty is my go to! Ive put so many people on to this place and they always go back! Customer service is very good as well makes you always want to come for some good burgers or sandwiches !

The best BBQ in town. Their brisket practically melts in your mouth. Everything on the menu is fantastic, just make sure you call your order in well ahead of time or be prepared to wait 30-40 minutes for your meal.

Employees are Super Nice , the restaurant is clean , but food wasnt that great, I had to throw the fries away to much seasoning & extremely soggy. Tri-tip was ok, but had no flavor. So $27. Wasnt well spent :(

BBQ at its best ?? Well see !! Potato salad was great and fries not too bad !!!! Ribs were delicious but Tri Tip was kinda of oily !!! Overall worth the trip and prices are reasonable!! Well be back again

Takes way to long for my order every time, average 30 minutes, food flavor not consistent, sometimes salty sometimes plain. Great people there though.
