I cant believe I did not know this place existed! It is by far the best Chinese food I ever had! From all of the raves, reviews, and the Chefs culinary background, I knew it would be the perfect place to celebrate my husbands promotion. I am so glad that I did! We were not disappointed! My husband and his friends were thanking me for finding such a gem in Fresno. Everything we ordered from the menu just exploded with great taste in our mouths! We kept repeating, "Oh my God" after every new dish we tried. The butter cream prawns are simply addictive! I live across town but Im already planning on heading back there soon. The portions are all family style portions and the prices are affordable. Oh, and you know a place serves great food when you see other chefs from local restaurants dining two booths away from you and meeting Chef Liu himself!

We have been visiting this restaurant for the last 15 years and have always rated it excellent, however last night we had two of there popular dishes as take out and were very disappointed. The chow mein noodles were heavy, greasy and stogy and the chicken was grizzly. Our favorite schezuan chicken hot pot was the same and the garlic was intense, not subtle. We added vegetable fried rice which was the only dish that was edible. I called as I felt they needed to know that the chef was ruining their reputation of serving excellent food. I spoke to a waiter and he apologized and said he would,speak to the chef. No offer of crediting our $35.23.

This is the best chinese resturant in Fresno I think. We check on yelp and go to the no.1 and no.3 chinese food in fresno, but the atmosphere is too bad. Finaly we came to this hunan resturant, its perfect here. Food is traditional chinese food, and taste very good. We search yelp above a Chinese restaurant nearby, went to the first and third, but the environment is bad. Americans are to eat Chinese food! Later found here, a good environment, food is authentic Chinese food! Component is quite big! I come here almost ever Fresno best Chinese restaurant!

Its the best Chinese food in town hands down. If you have a cold: Hot and Sour soup. The food is addictive, the service is really good. They just opened a new restaurant location on the corner of Herndon and Clovis that is just as awesome as the last one. Ive been going for years and have not once been disappointed. If youre looking for a great place to take a friend try the week day lunch special! It truly is an amazing place.

Wow, I have never had food served to me that tasted so horrible. The chicken fried rice was slimy with oil and SALTY. The Mapo Tofu was anything BUT spicy. And the Salt and Pepper fried fish EXTRA EXTRA SALTY. The extra chili sauce was SALTY. And to top it off my husbands Pepsi was FLAT. The waiter, he was very polite and removed the SALTY fish from our bill. Never going back.

Best Chinese food in fresno, hands down. If you try the butter cream prawns and dont melt into your seat, something inside you I s broken... seek therapy. Many dishes have delightfull twists on them that are well thought out and executed flawlessly. Must try: Bao Tze Butter cream prawns Fried Rice Chicken Salad Dry Cooked Green Beans ... hell, everything on the menu.

This place never fails to please. Hot, fresh, consistent, and delicious. Try the Boiled Fish from the Traditional menu. Strawberry prawns if you like something on the sweeter side. While their American menu is superb, I recommend venturing into their Traditional menu since there are so many excellent choices.

The food was the most tasteful and interesting that I have ever had! Very unique place! I ordered the Hunan Chicken with the Special Fried Rice, my dad ordered the sweet and sour chicken. Everything was exquisite! My only regret is that I live in Wisconsin and I cant share it will all my friends and family!

This place is great. Hunan restaurants are my favorite version of Chinese food, and this place knocks it out of the park. Great sauces, delicious entrees, and the decor is very aesthetically pleasing. I only visit Fresno on occasion, but when I do, I always come here at least once. 5/5 would eat again.

Great full menu, very nice service, there house rice is fantastic and Im not a big rice eater, very picky. Butter Shrimp is as though God made it, out of this world delicious. Price very fair. Going again tonight. New favorite Chinese restaurant.

Love this place! Best Chinese food Ive ever had, and Ive had a lot of Chinese food. A little pricey but worth every penny, huge generous portions. I order 3 of the dinner specials for my family of 7 and we all leave very happy and satisfied

The food here is always amazing. The butter cream prawns are a favorite but be warned they are on the sweet side. They seem to do a lot of takeout business. The restaurant itself is tucked down a short walk way between two strip centers.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in Fresno. Owner is a chef from China who has earned some merits. Everything was great except the braised pork was still cold in center. Food is served traditional style. So no combination plates.

As a traveller, its differcut to find it because the navigation of My car gave me a wrong position. But I found it by phone. Its a grate though its not athentic hunan cuisine maybe locatization. I should say Its grate!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We got there they sat us right away we decided to leave after 6 minutes. waitress didnt go to our table to ask what we wanted to drink. THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY! THEIR WAS ONLY A PARTY of 2!!!

The dry cooked gren beans are incredible. So is the orange chicken and pan fried noodles. The wait staff is fast, kind and attentive. We had the small hot and sour soup which could serve six! Portions are huge.

Fantastic Chinese food! Very nice staff. Portions come in one of those quasi-standard flat plastic containers with a lid. Sweet and sour and generals chicken were both excellent.

The Mongolian beef was delicious. The Tofu and Stir Fried veggies with mushrooms were also excellent. The Kung Pao chicken Chinese style left much to desire though.
