Heard from another patron they recently changed owners. Sizzling soup came out just short of boiling, couldnt touch it for the longest time. Shrimp salad is just the cheapest iceberg lettuce sprinklef with warm tempura shrimp, leaving the salad limp and gross. The mushroom chow mein was ok, the noodles were tough tho. Eggrolls were bomb. On top of the poor quality of the food it took FOREVER to come out. Will not be back.

I went with my grandmother and it was not crowded at all I got the specialty dish number 7 and she got number 2 and it came with a bowl of soup. The sweet and sour sauce was light and the staff was nice and the food was delicious. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I dine at Win Wah several times a week and am always more than satisfied with both the food and service. The green bean chicken and pineapple chicken are excellent and are my favs. Try the fried flower rolls for desert. They are delicious...

The best Chinese food in Fresno. Great food, friendly service, cheap for how much food you get, and surprisingly fast. This place is never a disappointment. Try the orange beef and the pork fu yung!
