I order from here a lot and love the fast delivery and quick service. The food is always piping hot and tasty, and a good price for the amount of food (about 2-3 days of leftovers). I notice a lot of the reviews say the staff is rude. I dont think this at all. I think theres a language barrier and both sides can grow impatient with the other person not getting everything they say on the first try (I used to have my roommate make my orders for me because I, too, would get frustrated on occasion). Since I started ordering online from their website, Ive never been frustrated with the ordering process and my order has never been wrong. I think some of the older family members dont speak English super fluently and could possibly come off as rude because theyre trying to make it through the transaction quickly with little talking, and who could blame them for that? And the younger ones who work there who DO speak English a little better have never been anything but pleasant. Once I made an order and I accidentally put "pickup" instead of "delivery." They called me and asked if that was correct. I think they recognized my order/address and know I always put "delivery." I was super grateful they did that. My recommendations: - Order online (then you also have a record of what you ordered if youre worried about it being wrong) - Their orange chicken is DELISH, but they put actual orange rinds in with the chicken. I recommend asking them to leave them out (and they will) - YUMMY veggie tempura - Their FRENCH FRIES, of all things, are actually yummy, crispy, and nicely seasoned - Their egg rolls! No words!! I ordered online due to the comments about communication issues. Not the best idea. They never called to confirm order. When I called them I had no idea what he said. "Cant deliver" "So you cant deliever?" "We got the order." "Is it going to be delievered?" Then he hung up on me. So I wasnt even sure there was going to be a delivery. The orange chicken and the broccoli beef was delicious. I love Chinese rice, but not this rice. It was not good. Huge 1" x 1" chunks of onion. Also, I ordered a side of fried rice because the combo only gave me one choice of a side. I chose egg roll. When I got my meal they had added more rice. I would have gone with chow mein had I known I got to choose another option, but the online ordering did not allow for another option. And they gave me sides of white rice. Not quite sure why!? I dont know what I ordered that included rice. But I didnt want it. I will pick up the orange chicken and beef and broccoli. But I will get my fried rice else where. Like around the corner at Mings. They have the best fried rice.

The food is good (not great), good (OK) prices also.... But, I suggest you carry out or have it delivered.... The girl up front (same girl that waited on us) is very very rude.... It is not a very welcoming environment....there were no customers when we arrived nor through our meal (which should have been a BIG clue) everyone was calling in orders to have delivered, or carrying out.....the girl seemed bothered by the fact that we sat down, and she had to wait on us.... She/they need to realize, customers are doing them a favor by eating at their establishment, not the other way around!

Very bad service I ordered like 9 boxes of food from them mind you we spent about $70 when I got home I noticed they forgot to put egg rolls. I called and told them you forgot to put my egg rolls she said sorry when you come next time I give you then she said. Cause Im from madera didnt want to go all the way back. And today I called bout my egg rolls so I can go pick them up and the lady said she dosent remember me and she hung up on me real professional lady. I tried calling back its like they blocked my number very bad Customer service

Omg ! Delivery ! Yes! Is , professional, curious, and doesnt stare at you went you for a tip. Good amount of food for fair price, both quality and quantity. I love the avocado , sushi rolls , there freaken awesome! Which there were lil cheaper or lil more for those lol . Maybe, some frequent customers should get a deal with a favorite free side dish. I never ate inside, rencently was good positioned by place. One year ago food got horrible food gross it was humaninly intolerable . owners must have changed to hater SICKOS.

I have both eaten at this establishment and had my order delivered. The wait service is excellent, and when ordering by phone they may have a little trouble with language but its nothing that any intelligent person wouldnt have trouble understanding. Their delivery service is very fast. They have a command of the English that far surpasses those who use the word "HELLA." I suggest going back to school and learning proper English before criticizing another use of the English language.

I like this restaurant and there food very much. But, I have had two incidents with this restaurant. They messed up my order twice and I was yelled at by the woman. They would not give me right order unless I paid for it both And the second time she gave me my right order for free. If you order from here MAKE sure you have them REREAD your order to you and get your receipt to check that too!

I dont understand all the great reviews. Its descent Chinese food for cheap at best. The sushi at a good grocery store is better. The chicken teriyaki has cuts of chicken that look suspiciously like something other than chicken. The chicken wings were the best thing in the order. I think next time i will get a simple pork or beef plate off the Chinese part of the menu.

Ordered a B1 chicken teriyaki platter a B21 chicken teriyaki and a order of barbeque ribs. We had it delivered no extra charge of your order its over $15. They said 40 to 45 minutes and they were here in 35 minutes. Food was great, good flavor the only thing is i wish there was a little more teriyaki sauce on the chicken. Ill just order extra next time.

I love the food here, but English is their second language, so they can be difficult to understand. The restaurant is old but clean. On Saturday nights the phone is constantly ringing for delivery orders, so they are popular, even if the tables are mostly empty. Best bet? Come in & grab a menu, then order take out when you want to stay in.

Great little place, price:portions ratio is excellent. Quality is above standard. **Customer service is unfortunately sub par. (See below) I suggest you call in your order in advance. *On one ocassion. "Came in at 9:18 pm when they close at 10pm. They explicitly told us we could not sit down and eat." - The cashier was a rude 12 year old.

I would give this restaurant a 5 because the food is good everytime we order here BUT the staff/family is REALLY RUDE. You need your order repeated or price repeated they sigh loudly and get rude with you then, they hang up on you. NOT good business at all. Need a few lessons in manners and courtesy in how to treat people.
