I visited Burger King on May 28, 2010, in Milpitas California, and was surprised and delighted at the idea of having BK-Ribs at the drive-through. I viewed the advertisement image, and speculated on a 4inch rib with meat trimmed on both sides as in the advertising images. I was completed disappointed. The item is not machine made, but a minimal size was expected. The item was over 75% bone, and this is not by any measure acceptable. The BK-Ribs item was my biggest major food chain disappointment. I would never have expected BK to drop to such a poor standard of product. I was not pleased and view the experience very negatively.

Very bad attitude, skipped half of your order , keep your credit card unless you ask the guy in the window to give it back, you have to check every bag to make sure you got the right order. This guy manning the window will ask you to back off your car and go forward just to see you acting stupid , i have many encounters with him , so i decided NOT to go there any more , thanks God for other locations and options. If you want to ruin you day drive thru and place an order specially around dinner time.

It was unbelievably terrible experience with me. The person who took the order rushed me to order and when I said I need a minute, literally asked me if I was ready in 10 seconds. The smoothie was just ice chunks and it wasnt thick as its supposed to be. I would not recommend going here even if youre really hungry. The place looks like its been beat up for years.

The worst chicken sandwich I ever had - extremely salty, greasy, crumbled chicken meat; saggy bread, few pieces of wilted lettuce! This experience verified my for-some-time speculation, and terminated my interest in any future visits to Burgerking stores.

Good burger and fast service. There is a drive through at this location. The entrance is weirdly located facing big street instead of parking lot though. The place looks quite aged and old. Renovation is needed as the neighborhood is all under renovation.

The people here seem to have a hard time understanding your order. We spend ten minutes at the drive threw speakerbox, just talking about our simple order, for breakfast with no changes to anything. I will not come back to this location ever again.
