I have been going to this place for the past 5 to 6 years, the past 2 or 3 times i noticed the service is deteriorating, the staff doesnt have an idea on the menu items. I always order stuff crust pan pizza for the first time ever it look like a thin crust pizza when i enquired the staff they mentioned it is stuff crust. I have been having this last 6 years but staff convinced me saying this is how it is. They have messed up my past order as well. I certainly dont like to go this place any more. Its time to try other franchise.

Using the damned pizza hut app is only slightly better than talking on the phone. If you do talk to them on the phone be prepared to hear a language you cant understand, having to repeat yourself several times. Even if you do get everything correct they are going to forget something. I ordered with the app and they forgot something. Always was the worst pizza hut in town.

Calling this place is horrible first they put you on hold after they ask pick up or deliver after 5 minutes on hold they asked me the same question again and put me on hold . I hanged up and called again only to get sent to a call center. If it wasnt for their tasty thin n crispy pizza I would order elsewhere . I rather call than use the app

We ordered 2 pizzas and may never order from the Hut again. Both came with hardly any sauce and were undercooked. My family usually devours pizza. Neither of these were finished and leftovers ended up being thrown out. Disappointing

Horrible. Gave Me raw pizza and when I asked them to recook they acted like they didnt understand english. I waited 30 mins in store and ordered online 20 mins before. So 50 mins for raw pizza.

Just another Pizza Hut, workers are friendly. They dont carry paper plates with pizza , so if you are planning to buy and eat at park or something, bring your own.
