The lady at the drive thru greeted me by asking me to wait. About a minute later she asks for my order and asks me to wait again as soon as I start speaking. This tine I wait for about 3min and start getting frustrated. I ordered a whopper and the lady told me it will be an additional 10min for the burger. There only a few customers inside the restaurant and it appears to be a slow morning. Not even a simple apology was stated when the food was finally brought out.

So Im in the restroom washing my hands before my food was done...an employee comes out of the toilet stall,walks right past me and returns to making food without washing his hands!Mind you there were no paper towels and the door opened from the inside forcing me to open the door using my hands...frickin disguisting!!!!...was too grossed out to eat there after seeing that,reported to manager,got my money back and left....

The manager jessica was so rude, not only to the employees but also to the customers. Also, the cook for the morning maybe around noon was playing music which i think is inappropriate for employees to do. Especially, when someone is unable to hear an order being placed, I believe the cooks name was Irma. So, that would be my only change other than that everyone else was polite and not rude.

So done with this location! This is the 3x ordering here in 3 years and every time my order is wrong not just a little either. I understand ordering at a burger king is different then most burger places but when a #1(whopper meal) with cheese and it comes as a plane cheese burger and your soda has a black curly hair in it. Im done!

Wow. The slowest fast food ever... The guy at the counter seriously took like 2 minutes to ring up each item. By the time I was done ordering, the line was enormous. And my order was still wrong... It was probably his first day, but still not a great overall vibe at this location.

I ordered the crispy chicken with bacon & cheese. The sandwich was cold and the cheese wasnt melted. My family and I also tried the mac n cheetos; lets just say we wont be ordering those again. Tried the NEW Fuse raspberry iced tea too & it tasted awful.

Manager came out of the bathroom on his phone. Walked behind the counter, did not greet us though we had been standing there for over 5 minutes. He then proceeded to take my order while laughing and joking on the phone! Absolutely unprofessional!

Kid at counter has a personality befitting minimum wage, no effort, no, uh, personality. Food is meh average, but the real problem is the 8 member crew, the 3 customers, and a fat filthy lobby. Bathrooms are disgusting. Gross.

The drive-thru is slow but staff is friendly. Food is hit and miss wen it comes to freshness. My onion rings were cold, soggy and seemed undercooked last time, but the time before that they were just fine.
