This is one of the worst services by far. I was making an order over the phone and asked to repeat back and the manager over the phone got upset. First of all I could barely understand what he was saying and asked politely to repeat it. He lashes out at me for asking that. He says he is busy and dont have the time to repeat it. Its a freaken restaurant and they know the pressures that comes with it. To top it off, there food SUCKS. Ill rather order from their neighbor / competitor "Hong Kong Buffet". Theyre very professional. WARNING: Eastern Winds has bad service and mediocore food.

Terrible customer service after attempting a phone order. They took the order, said wait as I was going to give my payment info and then suddenly hung up. No confirmation of the order and after attempting to call 4 times after we got no response. An hour goes by after getting food elsewhere only to have them show up with our order. We refused the order only for them to call us stating we were at fault and suddenly "blacklisted". If your customer service is this bad, any hope for good tasting food shows no promise. One star is still to good of a rating for this awful place.

It is always a delight to get food from Eastern Winds. Everything is freshly made-to-order and stays super hot even when taking it home. Delivery is also available for a $20 minimum subtotal to Fremont, Union City and Newark. You can order online, through their app, over the phone, or in person. There are 3 tables in their small sitting area. No outdoor seating. My fiancé and I have eaten here for lunch, to-go, and even got a full spread when family visits and its always a hit.

Good portion of food, friendly service and thats why I gave two stars. However the chicken here seems like a fake chicken. We ordered a chicken fried rice and chicken noodles from this restaurant, noodles are so big and it is hard to digest and chicken seems like not original .. its like puffy soft and when I break chicken piece i felt its like a compressed sponge. Maybe thats a good chicken but I didnt like it.

Best & Best Chinese food ever & anywhere....I am a visitor from New York. I was so glad to chose this restaurant for my Chines food. I have been eating Chinese food in NY and most US cities and even China and Hong Kong for many years....Easter Wind Chinese Restaurant is the best choice to make.....Fast delivery and great on the phone... Loved it......

Very rude over the phone. I asked if they could put a good amount of meat in my monglian beef plate and he said its always got a lot of vegetables "so whatever". The guy who answered told me that he didnt care if he came across rude and that I could go somewhere else. Ill never go here again. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

It may not be your "fine dining" experience, but what it lacks in that field is more than made up for in the wonderful taste and the relaxed down-to-earth atmosphere. Any haters out there are just sad old people who think every business out there just HAS to suck up to their every whim. Bad customer service; more like stuck up customers.

Food is good...but only certain items. The biggest issue with these guys is that sometimes they tell you you are within their delivery zone and sometimes they say you are not. What I have learned is that you should tell them the order is over $45...they change their mind on the delivery really fast then.

Ive been ordering for delivery for 5 years. Today they cant find my house? I have spelled it out phonically 5 times, they have spelled it back to me phonically 3 times. Just as we are placing an order some place else, knock on the door. The food is here! The food is great, hope this was just a glitch.

Delicious! Best Chinese food Ive had since moving to Fremont from the East Coast. Pork fried rice was just like what I was used to. Beef & Broccoli and Wonton soup were also good. Staff was friendly and generous when we picked up our food. So happy I found a go-to place!

I order out all the time and never had a problem with them taking my orders over the phone. I have done business with them for 10 years now. I like them WAY better than Hong Kong buffet. They are fast, the food is good and you get a free soda! Whats the problem?

Really surprisingly good Asian food. Had the curry shrimp (among other great dishes) and cannot say enough about how great everything was. Fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly. Nothing fancy, just great Asian food.
