I enjoy Chick-fil-a. I was very excited to see this one open right down the street from my office. I have been here a couple of times sine it has opened and I recommend dining in before the lunch hour rush. They are popular and the line can sometimes wind around outside the building. The dining area is clean and there is a clean area for children to play if you are interested in keeping your children happy while you enjoy a tasty chicken sandwich. The staff is nice and very attentive, I appreciate the service, quality of food, and the cleanliness of the dining area.

Food is usually good and we love Chick Fil A. We decided to go for breakfast and thought this is great. No line! Placed our order but waited 20 mins for 4 orders. One of the most inefficient CFAs weve been to. They got one order wrong and had to redo it. The manager said they would give us CFA cards for a future meal because we waited so long but didnt give us any cards. Upon replacing the wrong order he came back with, "we could have free dessert". For breakfast. No thanks! Just not happy with our service this time at this location. Cfa in Pleasanton , CA.

Chick Fil A is just fantastic chicken. I like this location because its brand new, clean and the staff is friendly there. The food at chick fil a is pretty bomb, can be a bit greasy, but make sure you get the fries with your meal. The only complaint I have about this location is that anytime I order through the drive thru, they ask me for what sauce you want. They always forget to give it to me unless I ask again at the window when I get my food. Other than that, highly recommend checking out chick fil a if you have not yet!

Finally a Chick-fil-A in the Tri-Valley! This fast food restaurant is in a class by itself. Following the Chick-fil-A model, there are fresh flowers on every table and the most cheerful and helpful staff youll find anywhere. Warning: they are closed on Sundays. Did I mention that the food is good? In the summer dont leave without having a peach shake - forget the calories, these are killer with chunks of fresh peach!

The restaurant was clean with friendly and quick service. My food was served fresh and tasted delicious, however my one complaint, (and its a big one) is i dont feel like it was a good value. I paid almost $10.00 for a 4 peice strip meal that i ate in less than 5 minutes.The servings are meager. In my opinion $10 bucks is a lot of money to spend at restaurant only to leave as hungry as you were when you arrived.

Same high quality food as expected from the chain, but the throughput of this locations ordering system is terrible. 1 car every 3 minutes in drive thru. Inside it can take longer than most restaurants to order and get your food. Its sort of crazy. Its not because there are too many people because this is during low times as well. Ive seen the same thing on 5 visits now.

This new Chick-fil-A seems always crowded, the line typically extends out the door, and the drive-through line is very long. However, there are plenty of tables inside the restaurant and the line moves pretty well, so it is often possible to get a table to sit down and eat in. The food is standard Chick-fil-A food, personally I like it.

The staff are very keen on cleaning up. It was so popular almost all tables were full. Each table had a pot of flowers on it. I like the wide variety of sauces, went with honey mustard this time. The chicken is big and so tasty, I had the deluxe Chick-Fil-A sandwich. It feels less greasy than the average fast food.

First time we got Spicy Chicken Delux (& omg it looked like the picture) hella bomb. Waffle fries were yummy. Really no complaints. Hmmmm...the size of containers they serve their sauce in was a little small but even the sauces were Really good. Bummed wasnt able to take a picture, devoured it too quickly.

Not sure why there is such a fanatical following. I had their 12 piece nuggets - good that they used real chicken, but they were mostly dry and overly salty, and tbh, really not that cheap for fast food (almost $6). With In-N-Out around the corner, I dont think Ill be returning to Chick-fil-A.

Lines always long. Always. I work near by and no matter what time, always a line to the door. Just look through the window and decide if the wait is worth it. Seems the place is often full of local teens, so lota of kids without schedules to worry about. Food is good. Love their nuggets!

We had a large order to go, and they forgot to include the biscuit for the biscuit with gravy, and they forgot to include the waffle fries. We didnt realize this until we got the order back to work. Customer service was excellent, as always, and we will still continue to come in.

Fast and Friendly service. This location had only been open for a few weeks so there were some "growing pains" with the staff learning how to deal with non-standard orders. However they were very nice about it. (And yes, you can order just biscuits on the side at breakfast) =)

The drive thru is a NIGHTMARE!! I love chic fil a but the line extends out to the street on most days and that alone doesnt make them think to open the 2nd lane!! Plus the orders are always messed up!! Whats the purpose of getting a name if they still mess it up!!

Staff is friendly and very in tune with the needs of their customers. The line is long because its still new, and the staff does a great job of moving the line efficiently. Plenty of people on the floor take care do refills and bussing tables. Great experience.

Great chicken! Great service! They are very quick to get your order out to you whether youre in the drive thru or dining inside. Very happy with my spicy Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich and they have so many sauces! Definitely going back more then once.

First time here and the food is great. I did have to figure my way around and how the food service works. Cashiers should ask if this is your first visit so that you know where to go and what to do because I had no idea what to do after we ordered.

I tried to eat here, but the queue went around the building. After waiting for 10 mins it hadnt made much progress so I left without eating. For what its worth, the food looked good and everyone who had already been served looked happy.

The Pleasanton location has closed the "Chick fil a dead zone" that has existed in tri-valley for years. We finally have our own Chick fil a! This one is consistent with other locations; great food and friendly service.

Very clean inviting environment. Good customer service. The food looked and tasted good however, 4 out of the 6 of us that went immediately ended up it the bathroom with diarrhea. Not sure we will give it another shot.
