We order out every week and have done so for about a year. Food is good and the staff until tonite has been is friendly. The last time we picked up our food it was AWFUL. Gummy, mushy chicken, tasteless chicken. NOT all the crunch chicken we are used to and none of us ate more than a couple bites before pitching it all in the trash. This evening I called to order and shared my experience with the Manager who was rude, abrupt and the WORST customer service I have experienced, especially from the MANAGER. We will not be returning. I am sure we are not the best only ones to run into this guy. We will NEVER return.

This food is awful! The Orange Chicken was so overcooked that we couldnt even chew it. Also, it taste burnt. The Bourbon Chicken had a better taste, but the chicken was fatty and also quite chewy. Plus, despite requesting extra sauce, both dishes were quite dry. Very disappointing

Im not a huge pick up stix fan, but if you are this place provides good service. Ive never enjoyed any noodles from any pick up stix. The house tofu is always good, try it extra crispy. Even if you dont typically like tofu, the house tofu is worth a try.

Called in my order and I was told 15 min. I come it, my mouth watering with antisipation, to have my dreams crushed. They say " system malfunctioned" aka I did not put it in. They wanted me to wait 15 more minutes, and never apologized. Not coming back!

Welcomed when i entered, cooked food fresh (took about 7 min) not busy at 8ish. BTW 3 poke stops E of this location at the nature park entrance.
