The RIbs are Good...But Not so Impressed with the Salmon and Always Not Always Worth The Wait as The Last time we had Extended Family and they Served Other Tables that Came in After us before us and got the Order wrong and were Out of a lot of Items and just super slow our Grandchildren were starving and I let the FOod Server Know but she was ringing up bills instead of bring our food so it came out inconsistently and randomly some hot some as if it was lukewarm/dried up and drinks were forgotten and she seemed a bit stress as well as the other servers as they kept changing hands/tables and brushing us off...It took over an hour to get served after we already waited over 1/2 hour to get seated///We were almost ready to walk out...This seemed to be the case even when we had previously come in as a couple...I like to support my local business yet find it a bit sad that the quality of service keeps getting slower and slower and they often run out of the specials and or the food servers are in training and easily confused/struggling and changing hands due to being over booked and or in training forgetting the orders etc...So it got tiring after giving them a few chances in hopes of getting dinner served as ordered etc....

Food was good, service was good, prices were typical for BBQ. The sauces were not fantastic, fortunately the meat was good enough without it. I prefer an authentic, rustic, down home BBQ atmosphere, this place is very sterile and a cookie-cutter style chain. They need to up the beer selection, nobody eating quality food at premium prices wants macro lagers or anything that says "lite" on it, ick. Im guessing the wines arent any better, didnt even look. I drank water. Itll do in a meat pinch, but not authentic enough to go out of my way to eat here. Maybe theyve got a good happy hour if youre in the hood.

Weve eaten here several times before. It had been a while since Ive eating there. We were seated right away and our server quickly gave us our menus. For an appetizer we shared a tortilla soup. It was absolutely delicious and one serving was enough for the 2 of us. I ordered the ribeye and my wife ordered the Tri tip. My ribeye was delicious but surprisingly the Tri tip was even better. We tasted each others dish and we both agreed that the Tri tip was much more delicious. Service was great and our waitress was excellent. Highly recommended!

Wood ranch is one of the best all around dining experiences I have had in a long time. The staff are some of the nicest people out there, the portions are generous and delicious, and the price is a pretty good value. They are also very good with food allergies, most of the dishes are gluten/dairy free and those that are not they are happy to make so. This has become a regular favorite of mine and a location I recommend without hesitation

The service and quality of food has gone down a little since it opened, but that is terribly surprising. Despite this, it still has great food for the price and the interior is gorgeous. They have great bar seating and a great selection of beer and cocktails. I definitely think it is one of the better BBQ places in the area. I dont believe they have Prime Rib anymore though, which just devastated my wife the last time we were there.

Food was great. I had the tri tip and it was phenomenal. The waiter I had was named Parker and he was extremely rude and quite irritating. He was constantly trying to talk to us about his family and dog. We continued to be polite and kindly asked him to leave us be while we ate but he was quite insistant on telling us these boring stories. I was extremely displeased with his behavior and will not be going to this location again.

I live very close to this Wood Ranch. Its pretty good. The wait is usually long on a Friday or Saturday night, but its usually under an hour. Decent pricing, a bit on the high side, but they have only incorrectly served me once, and it was still good. (I got a medium steak instead of a Meadium-rear, no biggie) Overall, the atmosphere is great. Restrooms clean, and they never have anyone get really drunk and loud.

We enjoy going here for special occasions, especially birthdays. My husband loves it for the meat and barbeque. We like to share the chicken, but hell get the steak or ribs sometimes. I love their salads with the corn and little tomatoes. The garlic bread that comes with the meal is amazing. The atmosphere is fun, the service is good, and the prices are reasonable too.

Wow. I used to eat here frequently and the food used to be amazing. Not sure what happened this time, but went here for lunch and was a little disappointed. Our meal was $50 for 2 for lunch. The portion on the $12.50 Tri-Tip sandwich was tiny and the bun was hard, meat was a little dry. When I spend this kind of money for lunch...it better be top notch!!!

Everything we ordered had missing ingredients according to the menu. We had to send the server back several times to complete our order. The meat had no char to it at all and was barely cooked. This place is a shameful example of a bbq meat restaurant. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is the fact that the waiter was very nice.

Went there for my birthday and it was great. I had the 3 combo bbq tri tip was fabulous the chicken breast was perfectly moist and the ribs were tasty and fell right off the bone. Great atmosphere great service and our waitress was perfect. Then finished with a free vanilla Sunday for my birthday. Thank you so much.

Love the atmosphere here and the best service. But sorry to say the food was nothing great. Me and my son ordered a combo plate to split with baby back ribs, tritip and brisket. Brisket was the only thing good. The triptip was coated with black pepper and the ribs tasted like pork fat throughout the meat. Yuck!

Very Good BBQ and great atmosphere. The bar is always jumping and the food is very good. I recommend the sample platter so you can try a little taste of various offerings. Quite good and the menu is good for kids as well. A little more upscale than your average BBQ place.

Food is overpriced and marginal and the service was horrible. The servers knew they were getting an 18% tip added to the bill because of the size of our party so they didnt do much for us. We live across the street but will not return to this restaurant.

Im not sure what I was expecting when I came to eat here with my SO, but I came away a bit disappointed. The food quality was lacking, and their "famous" BBQ sauce was mediocre at best. I guess its hard to expect excellence from a chain restaurant.

Family orientated restaurant, high prices which probably explains the good service, and theyre helpful in providing you with a 20,18 and16% tip options when you get your check. Not going to take my family out there again.

Nice atmosphere, chain vibe, overpriced. Food came out looked like who ever made it and served it didnt care. I only go there for a couple cocktails and apps. All my entre meals were underwhelming.
