So sorry.... The Omokase that used to serve tasty and fresh fish and fish eggs with beautiful presentation by trained Shushimen are gone. The rice is not even closely shushi rice quality. Fish is low quality. Fish egg was so not fresh, I was debating if I should eat the fish eggs or not. I left half of the order from few items I ordered. I used to scrape the plates before. Today, I left half of the entires orders. Terrible change has been made in this restaurant. Shushimen are just regular person who was cutting rolls uneven, made tastless decorations on the sushi. Even the seaweed to wrap the sushi was not cut clean.... The shushimen were not friendly or chatty at all. Fried crawfish on top of the baked roll had too much dough, I could not finish eating it. I am not going back. Sad, I lost one of my favorite sushi restaurants I used to go past several years.

I used to come here with my mom and brother all the time. But recently it seems they got rid of some of the chefs and servers. We went back today as usual and it was. . . Weird. Our rolls were different (as to he expected with new chefs). But not in a good way. Some of the rolls come with these weird rings on the plate that light up. Just sitting right in the middle of the plate. I mean, am I the only one in the restursnt scratching his head thinking. . . "What" They try to adapt to the diversity and they do it in a wrong way. I saw a roll with a taco shell shoved on top of it. Idk. This place went kinda south. Bummer, been coming here for about 3 years now. Guess my family and I gotta find a new spot. The food was still ok. But it was 10x better before.

I went for the first time on a Monday around 5pm. It was not to busy. We got to choose where we sat. We ordered water and bento box each. We wanted to share a sake but never got the chance. I finally got up and grabbed my own saracha and water refill b/c I spotted the pitcher and sauce on a counter near buy. After asking twice and 20 minutes later for the check we got up and began walking out the door. She did not even notice us gone. The host said thank you. We could have have left without out paying. But when we asked the host for our check she looked confused. At least the food was good. We might try this place again. Maybe

I have gone to this location for years and always loved it, but lately the quality of the entire location has gone down severely! My last visit was unpleasant and after 3 months not going I figured Id give it another shot since it was always my "go to spot" the waiters have no idea what they are doing, the chefs talk to much and the sushi either comes out wrong or a sloppy mess and there just seems to be tension in the atmosphere with employees. Sad to say this will be my last time ever visiting this location. Sincerely, Looking for a new sushi spot.

Poor quality sushi. Refuses (menu item) take-out orders when they are busy. They dont care about customer service because they were the only sushi restaurant in the area at one time. The Manager doesnt care about customer satisfaction. This is a Korean owned "Japanese Restaurant", then is NOT FRESH FISH and has the taste of having absorbed REFRIGERATOR ODORS. Unprofessional... Thankfully Sushi Martini is now here. Great quality, reasonably prices, excellent customer service and concerned Management. Great presentation and atmosphere.

One of my favorite Omokase Sushi places to visit. I like the idea of having a bar in front of you that you can pick the items from rather than looking at a menu and trying to pick from a list. The fish is always pretty fresh and I am a stickler with it comes to the quality of Tuna in most places and their ma sago is definitely one of my favorite toppings. And to top it all off if you dont order the salad and get rice instead they give you a bowl for your food and it makes for a pretty aesthetic picture!

Weve been going to Omokase for years. Weve always been treated with great service and the food is delicious. Yesterday we went with our children and there were two waitresses that Ive never seen before. We ended up leaving due to their rude attitude, I was so disappointed. We had already paced our order and had to cancel and leave. Never have we had an issue until yesterday. My husband and I always recommend this place to friends and family, too bad we wont be eating there anymore.

Ive always gotten the dinner and lunch combo plates here. The sushi has always been fresh and good consistently. Their chicken is a bit chewy and rough at times, and the salad quantity is very minimal, so I wish they would increase the salad. The rice would also be very sticky at times and sometimes dry. The quality of food is still good, but sometimes sporadically around mediocre.

This is the best sushi place in Inland Empire. Omokase price is fairly low comparing to their sushi quality. I spent about $480 for 4 of my family eating at Sushi Gen in Honda Plaza, Little Tokyo town But I spent about less than $200. Fish quality is so fresh and cutting size is so big. My wife and I come here at least twice a week.

Its nothing like those places that serve the all you can eat dishes... Its pricey if you have that in mind... But.. you definitely get what you paid for! This is delish! Fresh, tender.. Whats hot IS hot! Whats cold is cold.. and the staff are helpful and friendly.. Ill definitely do happy hour again!

The service was amazing and the attention to detail is out of this world. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was chill and soothing. There is a waiting Line but the waiting time isnt that long.

I shouldve known better, but the ramen was no where close to the real thing. College students have made better attempts at the ramen dish. Thiis establishment should be ashamed as a Japanese place.

I must say this is now my favorite place for sushi, a very clean and friendly environment and pleasant place to eat dinner, the server was very attentive and food just delicious.

Foods not entirely bad, servers are fast, kinda cold and busy. and loud music. The food was a little cold (duh) but not the good sushi cold, a sat-out-a-bit-too-long cold.

Food good, service was par, environment was par. Would I recommend? Yes but only if you were in the area and you wanted to stay local for some sushi.
