Love having a LOCAL (gourmet?) pub. We wish to support & enjoy our own backyard faire and enjoy "showing off" our local cuisine, beer & wine to our visiting guests. (Guests who BTW do not usually appreciate the "manana" atmosphere of the SC MTNs region when they are hungry!)Been there 4 times now in as many months with friends to try different things & share a fair overall opinion of our experience. ALWAYS LOoong waits--not comfortable for the disabled & although we put our name on the wait list as soon as we arrive, twice have been seated for dinner 90+ minutes AFTER observing several similar-sized parties who arrived & signed in long after us. (We had lots of time too observe & people watch on the deck while we waited). RESERVATIONS would help? Perhaps holding a cc# to charge a fee for cancelllations/no-shows if that is a concern? Staff are always polite & accommodating (when you can get their attention). 50/50 experience on the food. Inconsistent quality. Guess you have to know what (AND WHEN) to order, as 5 of us diners have now experienced with a variety of menu items, our food has been either EXCELLENT OR POOR...nothing in between. Despite the negatives, they always seem busy & we are happy for Felton to have them open! Well keep trying them for now and hope for improvement.

Fantastic spot for a bite to eat. Casual spot with a touch of an upscale spin to it. Historic building that has been lovingly restored and then enhanced with unique modern touches that give this place a great vibe both inside and outside on their covered patio. We both had salads for lunch and they were well prepared and presented with only the freshest of ingredients. We also heard high praise around us for some of the more traditional pub food our neighbors were enjoying. Their beverage menu is stellar and I had one of the best I have ever enjoyed there. It is clear there is loving and knowledgeable care given to all the details of this place. From the choices made in the remodeling to the choices made in marketing, from the choices made in dinnerware to the choices made in the menu, it all comes together well in this spot. You will be served well to stop here for nourishment anytime you are in the area.

We absolutely love the farm to table concept, and then this place adds the creativity to entrees that work. A little combo of spiffed up comfort food and a toss of unique to location new concepts. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures as we drove in so fast and devoured every morsel, except a couple bites of desert stored for a late night surprise. The pot pie was melt in your mouth good with a buttery flaky crust, and then with some better than Grandmas mash potatoes on the side, come on now!?! (Dont tell Grandma). Not to short the very pleasant Vegan appetizer that had a lovely array of delicious dried fruit (including superb cherries), and some homemade pickled & fresh veggies and such. I cant even put the desert into words..So just go find out which one is for you..I cant imagine anything is bad here! ;-) Thank you also to the lovely wait staff for being so attentive and friendly.

First off the wait was ridiculous. We thought the food would be worth the wait but it was awful to be honest and the chef needs to be replaced ASAP! 18.00 for the fish n chips! Um NO! The batter was just ok the fish was overcooked the chips or fries were from a frozen bag! Seriously man you ripped us off! I had the way over priced bean burger which was way bland and really just blended beans. You cant be serious but somehow you are. The pizza place across the street would have been way better. The only good thing was the dark brew on tap. Stay far away until the chef is fired or gos to culinary school. Cant really even believe it folks. #Ripoff

Where to start. First the hostess decides to take a 10min phone call while we waiting to be seated. Beer flights? Are you kidding me? 10 bucks for 8 10z pours? Way over priced. Now for the waiter, he took for ever just to bring the water. The eyes he took forever to place our order. I ordered iced tea with lite ice, upon my second older of iced tea with lite ice I hear the bartender say "make sure you fill up the cup full of ice because we are running out of tea" what is this Starbucks? I think the employees here need training on customer service .. On a plus side the food was OK.. Wont be coming back

Before I start let me wipe the drool from my shirt even thinking about this place. I would fly out from Canada to eat here again. My partner and I nerded out on Felton & tried to eat her as many times during our trip as we could. Bring your honey, get some Bison Meatballs, a Mac & Cheese and some Belgian Beers and call it a night. The owners did an excellent job from everything down to the blankets you can cloak yourself in outside. The waiters/waitresses are a bomb too.

The beer was quite good, and gets 4.5 stars. The food was hit or miss; although the pork belly dish was very nice, the bison meatballs were just so-so. Ill give the food 3 stars on average. The service was friendly and the servers were about as attentive as they could be, given how crowded and busy it was. The dessert, house-made donuts, was excellent; probably a 4.5 to 5 star dessert. Overall, Ill give it 4 stars, mostly for the beer and the dessert.

We brought our 4 children here but its not for kids, its better for a date night. The Beet burger was delicious. We had the ratatouille without cheese which was basically veggies smothered in a dish of sauce. We liked the vegan platter. I wish they would have served some fresh bread and butter. The house wine was good as well as the beer. The only negative was that the Mac n Cheese was too cheesy and the kale salad was tiny.

We enjoyed ourselves here! They were packed but still got us a lovely patio table super quickly, and the bartender was fast as well at get l getting us our choice from the sizeable beer selection. I enjoyed the calamari and cheese plate as starters and treated myself to a great steak. Their burgers also looked delightful. Overall a no brainer for a fun, realizing relaxing, satisfying evening out in Felton

Cremer House is always a local favorite. They are locally owned and all of their food is locally sourced. Their menu changes seasonally, but always available is the amazing pretzel with cheese and mustard. I highly recommend dipping the pretzel in the cheese mixed with some of their homemade sriracha. Cremer also has an amazing beer selection, as well as multiple wines on tap.

Pair the standard American comfort food menu with their outstanding list of beers! The Cremer House is a fun, rowdy, family-friendly restaurant with solid food, great service, and a large wrap-around porch for outdoor seating (also dog-friendly). Whether you are hanging out with friends or taking the family out for lunch, I highly recommend for a casual night out.

The food is expensive for what you get and the service not so great either. Dont try calling them as they will likely hang up on you. They did a great job with promoting the place when they opened but the proof of the pudding is in how much you enjoy the food and experience. I give it two stars.
