If I could give 0 stars I would.. Walked in went to the counter waited for 10 minutes and eveyone working just looked at us (my family and I) and kept serving the window orders, I actually love Jack in the box! But this location has the worst service point blank!

Ordered egg rolls and pancakes. Got home and got only potato wedged with cheese on them. Called after finding out and employee was rude and not Forth coming. Will speak to manager to help relieve of the Sunday night shift if their measly duties.

This place reallt sucks. They literally have the worst service ever. Always check and make sure they got your food right before you leave because the employees suck so much theres no way they get it right 50percent of the time

The customer service is off the charts!! I go there every morning for my iced mocha coffee and everyone is so nice even though its early in the morning lol Keep it up team!!! Great job!!!

Got my order wrong but I ate it anyway as I was on my way to work and didnt have time to return it. The wrong order was real bad and didnt taste fresh and the egg was like rubber. Lame.
