I go there every once in awhile because I like the lemon pepper wings and the sweetened fries. Tonight I called in ahead thinking I could, well, "call in ahead." After being put on hold for 8+ minutes I hung up. (9pm on a Friday, not exactly rush-hour) Then I called back and was told "your order will be ready in 9 minutes." I thought, "wow, thats a bold promise!" So because of my previous experience of being put on hold and forgotten about, I decided to set a timer for 9 minutes... yup, Im that guy. Well, what do ya know, I got my order 18 minutes later. I write reviews because some companies freely toss out empty words and promises to drive in business while other companies like innout have integrity and mean what they say. I write reviews when I have a great experience or a horrible one. There is no excuse for what I experienced today. Not trying to be a yuppie, just doing my part to make everyones experience better. Sure I could just brush it off and decide not to come back, but the truth is, I still like wingstops food and I want a better experience for everyone. Dont tell me 9 minutes when its simply not true.

Best customer service ever!!!!! Ive gotten halal wings here several times and theyve always been super delicious. This last order I was going to take some back up to the bay area and placed a phone order. In the rush of leaving, I forgot to get my wings! I tried to call and pay over the phone but they said their system couldnt accept it. I apologized profusely and they were extremely nice and told me not to worry. Ill definitely be leaving a big tip next time Im down in Corona (every few months). Thank you!!!

Tuesday night wings was the reason we came since the wings are only 60 cent. It was my first time ever at any and I liked it. The service was good and the food was great. I ordered 10 wings: 5 buffalo and 5 hot bbq. The bbq is my favorite and isnt spicy until you eat one after the other. I also fry. I am definitely coming back again.

If I could give a 0 I absolutely would. They needed up my order and tried to blame me. Never will I visit this wingstop again. Then when I called for the corporate phone number they refused to provide it to me. Wow terrible job wingstop

This WingStop is phenomenal! Ive been to another and it did not compete. Delicious wings and fries and great staff. A bit pricey but definitely with it. Its hardly ever packed, but the atmosphere is very welcoming. I love it there!

This place can be hit-or-miss usually its good sometimes the chicken is way over salty and it takes forever to get your food even if you order ahead but its worth it the lemon lemon pepper chicken is amazing
