I ordered the pizza around 6 oclock to watch the Ravens and Steelers playoff games on Saturday it took an hour and 30 minutes to get my delivery just to find out that the order was missing one pizza and one order of breadsticks. We told the delivery guy that we were missing one pizza and an order of breadsticks. He said that he was going back to bring the right order .Well an hour past any finall y he showed up with the breadsticks but the wrong pizza. We called to tell them about the situation and said that they were going to have the pizza back in 20 minutes with a $10 credit for our inconvenience The guy didnt show up for another hour and without the $10 credit. So basically it took me a little bit over 3 hours and a half to to get my order right ,so now I have to call because they told me I was going to get a $10 credit which I didnt get ,talk about bad service. I think this will be the last time that I order from Pizza Hut, plus my pizza was cold, it seems like it was sitting out for a while.

Just had the worse Pizza Hut experience ever. Coming right out of store # 028097 located at 9015 Bruceville Rd, Elk Grove, CA. Not only did we wait an hour for our food, the order was wrong. When i called the store to inform them of their error, assistant manager Blake offered no apology and his only way to remedy my problem was to make us wait another hour for delivery of only half of what we paid for because my 8 year old son had eaten 2 of the 24 wings and 1 breadstick because he was hungry. I guess i should have smacked the chicken out of his mouth when he told me it tasted weird. If this is the policy of this Pizza Hut franchise.. its a pitiful representation of what you can get locally anyhow. I hope that Pizza Hut corporate does not agree and abide by this method of customer service because these poorly run franchises are running the brand into the ground.

Ordered a large pepperoni Lovers pizza a 9:33 pm online, called them to confirm this is my number and order. (Since the one one franklin calls to confirm. Order ) i place an order online the manager told me my order will arrive at my door @ 10:13 pm so did the email confirmation. I was outside waiting since 10:11 pm . I dont live far from them . The guy didnt make it to my house until 1043 pm i only had a 20 and the total was $14.47. The guy came up took my twenty bucks and didnt even bother to give me my change back which he had. I had to ask him for two bucks back. I was going to give him a tip even though he came,so late. He still got a tip but that is so rude that he did that. I will be speaking with the manager. ( ill tip you dont pocket my funds)

Can u say... lazy ass worker!! I live half a mile from this pizza hut. I had a pizza delivered the previous day. Tried placing an online to get deals, the order buttons dont work. So I called the place directly to see if I can get the deal like the website advertised. It took forever for someone to pick up the phone and after an exchange of my information, the person on the phone said they dont deliver to my address. I politely asked her to check to make sure, she immediately replied, "I just checked it, we dont deliver there. Check the other pizza hut." Then hung up. Hey pizza hut, how about teaching your employees some customer service. Now I see why all your store in the area has such a low rating.

Ordered a "Pepperoni Lovers" pizza online. The site quoted 20 minutes. Got there in 20 and waited another 20. The pizza I got was not "double cheese and double pepperoni"as advertised on their site. It was in fact about half covered with cheese, leaving the other half sauce and bread only. Also there were about 8 pepperoni slices on it. Also, it tasted like it was deep fried on oil, and left grease stains on everything it touched. Long story short, take your $12 and get a much better pizza from anywhere else in Elk Grove. Also, I gave this a 1 star rating. Why does my rating keep changing to 2 starts?

Im a soldier in Fort Riley, Kansas...and I wanted to deliver some pizza to my girlfriend in Sacramento, so I called and explained that to the man on the other line, Juan. Great guy, very respectful, very patient, and even did me a favor. Unfortunately, something was wrong with reading my card and even though I ended up unable to pay for her meal, the service I received with Mr. Juan was so polite and patient, I had to write a review. He tried my card several times, even read the number out loud to me, such patience. Great guy. thank you.

4 times ordered and 4 times wrong. Was quoted 30 minutes for delivery and it took an hour 37 minutes. When I called back to inquire on the 3rd call I got some "manager" with a horrible attitude and was told they dont go by the delivery time the website quotes. NEVER will I order from this pizza hut again and if this is the standard of operation for puzza hut Ill probably just try Dominos or go back to Roundtable. ***still messing up orders and the manager is rude and unprofessional. OFFICIALLY DONE!! This location should be shut down!!!

We have been buying from the Bruceville/Big Horn corner branch and think its about time to give my feedback. Last night was the fourth time when they told me they had run out of peppers. I do not like pizza without peppers. They also made a blunder in out order. This was the second time. I have been holding off from giving any reviews etc but now think the management has to check on their stock regularly and keep enough of things especially during the weekends etc.

I live on the border of Elk Grove and Sacramento. This is a heavily populated and busy urban community! Its terrible and a massive loss in business that this pizza Hut does not deliver. In fact, not one single pizza Hut anywhere in my area will deliver despite being less than 2 miles from any of their 4 locations. Oh well, Ill just grab a better pizza from a better pizza chain that actually values the business of a community.

Blake is awesome!!! He has excellent customer service!!! I can be a difficult customer and he had a tremendous amount of patience and worked hard to understand what my needs were!!! You rock Blake!!! thanks for making my kids night ;) much love and many blessings. Hey people we order from here often and 99% of the time they are on point! If you want cheese and peppers along with some napkins be sure to ask ;)

Placed my order online so I could just walk in and pick up.. Well unfortunately I sat there for about 10 minutes and I over hear a girl say, "What are they waiting for?" Turns out my order (A smores cookie) was sitting there ready the whole time. Irritating. Also, no apology or anything. Step up your customer service skills.
