Went in for dinner tonight with just me and my one year old son and had a great experience. My server was Mikeyyyy and he was awesome. He made sure I had everything, talked to my baby when he was fussy so I could eat and even offered my baby grapes trying to help make him happy. Not only was he helpful but super attentive and polite. As a server I can definitely value good customer service and Olive Garden the past few times Ive gone has definitely nailed it. My food was also really good I had an appetizer sampler with the calamari, chicken strips, and mozzarella sticks and the fettucini Alfredo for dinner everything came out hot and fresh and cooked perfectly. I will definitely be going back and helpfully get lucky to have Mikeyyys excellent service again.

Went in and to my surprised was seated very quickly for a Saturday night, the place wasnt busy either. However we NEVER got a waiter to come to our table I noticed the people behind me that were being seated were already eating their soups. I seen three waitresses talking and tried to signal one of them over and they quickly looked away. Finally a waiter walked by our table only to be walking passed us, thats when I flagged him down and asked if we would be given a waiter? He walked to the front and NEVER came back! We waited 35 min and walked out. VERY disappointed in Olive Garden I absolutely love this place and always receive the best waiters however, this time was the worst considering it was our anniversary.

Not good.... Last night was the first time I ordered "To Go" from Olive Garden. My order was ready 15 minutes after the "ready by time." First the extended wait, then they forgot to give me my 3rd plate- more waiting..., then they "forgot" to include croutons for the salad and the chicken to the fettuccine Alfredo?!?! More waiting.... finally 30 min after the ready by time I am finally ready "To Go" leaving with nearly warm food. I get home and the steak gorganzolo plate is missing the dressing usually on the steak, and the chicken portion I waited for ever for and paid $4 is a JOKE! Olive Garden is one of my favs, but dont order to go, you must eat there in order to get quality and a little respect.

Me n my gf were sat down by the hostess and after a 15 min wait of being unattended, i went to the front counter i was approached by a manager. He was very kind as we were moved to a booth. Gave us a complimentary appetizer. Then we had an amazing waiter! We paid our 30 something bill with a 50 dollar gift card that left us with a balance of 17 and some change. She forgot to give it back, asked about it n she apologized, then gave us a new 25 dollar gift card. Very pleased with the manager and our waiter to go above and beyond for us. Thank yall !

Today I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Olive Garden with a friend. We shared photos on our phones and from my iPad. We had such a great time, I left my iPad in the booth. When I went back two hours later, to ask if anyone had seen my iPad, our waiter, Marcos, went straight to the back of the restaurant and brought it out to me. Note that I find 3 stars to be a high score for a chain restaurant. The few times I went to Olive Garden on March I found the food quite good and the service to be pleasant and efficient. That deserves a high mark. It is also possible to keep the tab low and still order something nice such as a salad and soup combo with plenty of food to boot. I recommend trying them if you havent already done so.

Food was good. Prices are steep. Service is kind of on the slow side. I feel like every time we eat there we have to order another soup and salad well before were done eating our other one because theyre so slow. And their soups arent consistent. Theyre either to chunky (chicken gnocchi) or too runny (zuppa toscana). Theyre breadsticks can use a little more seasoning also.

I placed an order on the phone had to wait for it which was not a problem and when I got it home the chicken was cold. I work at the South side establishment many many years ago and know the chicken was not freshly cooked. I called the restaurant when I got home to let them know about my order however the owner was not there. I was told to call back the next day.

Customer service is not really friendly, waiters and waitresses lack genuine personality, my food was prepared incorrectly, and the flock of girls at the hostess desk give very uncomfortable glances and stares. Food was cheap, salad was iceberg lettuce, a few tomatoes, red onion, and croutons. Soup was good. Exit was awkward. Not a good experience.

Service was best part of the meal next to the salad dinner for four adults one child was ,150 and only cocktail was one glass of wine. We were not happy with the meal in itself if not for service three stars is a gift and service deserved better than a three but the restraunt would receive an underserved mark

Love all you can eat bread and salad/ soup. I remember this place being a little bit better. Seems like theyre starting to do frozen prep for even the meatballs a bit disappointed about that. Other than that they have great meals and deals. I like it when they do all you can eat pasta and other deals.

Mary Holt was our server and she was awesome. Constantly checking with us/me to see if everything was ok, remembering to ask my boss if he wanted a drink, keeping the water filled,etc. the food we had, anti pasta tray, pizza and wings were very good. Wish we hadnt ordered veggie tray, hardly eaten

We were celebrating my daughters 16th birthday last night. We ordered two Italian margaritas, very weak. The food that was hot was very good, although half was lukewarm. That would be the kitchen not putting all of the orders up at the same time. Even with all that our server was amazing!

Nicely trained staff, good food - but the pasta is not homemade while most everything else is (except the meats obviously), best chicken ceaser salad - house salad is good too, lasagna is as good as Ive ever had, nice dessert selection too.

come here almost every weekend for date night. always receive great service, but their chicken portion seems to change quite often. sometimes they serve a good amount & other times it seems too small. other than that i recommend!

I saw a magazine review on really good chain hamburgers. Found we had a Habit Burger in our area. I have been a couple times and have been satisfied with the burgers and service. My wife loves the tempura green beans.

“Always delicious” Met a number of couples after paying respects to a friend that passed away. There were about 40 of us. Staff happily accommodated gluten free requirements of several group members.

Im not sure if it the menu changes or the lacking in staff , but the quality has seemed to lacked lately , Olive Garden used to be a place I looked forward to going to but not so much anymore
