I stopped at the Starbucks at Monterey and Tennant. It was a disappointing visit. I ordered a vente cafe espresso frap, which is listed on the new fall menu as a "new classic". I was told by the young lady at the cashier that they were no longer making them. I pointed to the brand new menu and said its still listed and its listed as a new classic. She told me again they werent making them. So I asked, are you just out of the espresso whipped cream or the italian roast drizzle, since I was willing to omit one of those. At that point, the male making the drinks again told me firmly that they were no longer serving that drink. So I left, and went to a different one that apparently knows their fall menu better and had no trouble getting the drink.

this is honestly the worst Starbucks known to Starbucks history. they are so unorganized worse coffee making people ever i only go there if i desperately need coffee, the people who work there dont even know what they are doing , they really need to shut down , the worst customer service they dont even look like they want to help you then they get mad if you want to add something to your order.

Update: Theyve updated their way to accept credit cards. Now you must grab the dirty CC terminal and swipe your card. Its obvious that they do not clean it daily or at all... Simple little thing would make all the difference in the experience. _____ Theyve mixed up my drink a few times. I dont know how "venti" can be heard as "grande" but I suppose it is better than being overcharged.

Today service was better than usual. The description for a green tea includes hand shaken on the menu, however: I regularly have to still ask for my tea to be shaken. Today I did not have to ask, the Batista shook it accordingly.

Not my favorite starbucks. Its busy and the layout is a little confusing. The way its set up, the line to wait for drinks can be confused for the line to order. Good news is the service and quality were good.

Always friendly service and the manager is a genuinely very helpful person. I like that its next to an open field. Also gave me 2 free coffees cause I had to wait a minute and a half. Nice people here.
