Let me start off by saying I love Chipotle and this is by far the worst one I have been too. Ive come here five different times. Each time Ive had a bad experience. Today I walk in and notice an employee with a hickey on her neck. Hey whatever... that doesnt really bother me. What does bother me is every time I have gone here I have gotten half the size of a normal Chipotle burrito. I have come to the conclusion that they either have smaller utensils or the managers purposely tell their employees to give small amounts. That is STEALING! The hickey girl also didnt know how to wrap a burrito or she got mad at me for asking for more rice. Either way she wrapped the burrito like I have never seen someone wrap a burrito before. She literally looks like she is mangling it. I live in El Monte and every time I come here it is just complete garbage. This Chipotle definitely needs new management. I dont usually write reviews but this Chipotle needs it. I guess I will just keep driving to the Rosemead Chipotle. At least there I can see who runs it on a daily basis and know I will get what Im paying for. PS If I could give this Chipotle no stars, I would.

They are AMAZING! There food is amazing, employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is very chill (especially at night). There are specific employees there that are really really friendly, funny and just caring about customers. You guys will most definitely have a long-lasting customer, ME!!!

It was terrible. My food was not hot. They ran out of the brown rice so i had to get the white. When I ate my burrito the rice was hard as hek and my burrito was basically all rice to top it off. Very unhappy for it being a new chipotle store

Super awesome location very laid back the employees are the best! Take the time to chat and make you feel extremely welcome. The food is as great as any other chipotle but the customer service here is a notch above the rest
