Regular visitor. (About every week, sometimes more) Without a doubt, best customer experience Ive ever had. Free chips and salsa while you wait for your meal, which isnt long. Employees constantly dote on you, making sure you have everything you need, be it a refill or anything else. Also very courteous, especially the older Mexican gentlemen who seems to run the place. Portions are very generous; my favorite is the sizzling fajitas, but do bring another person, as its nearly impossible to finish the whole thing on your own.

The food is delicious and the service is wonderful -Now the problem is that there is a police car hiding behind the streets next to the parking the lot waiting for customers leaving the restaurant then the police car follows you for blocks and blocks, so police can pull you over. = Bottom line is the food is great, but who wants to get pull over after you get a couple of beers? = So, I dont recommend it for you guys that want to drink a couple of beers. = Just go to better bars in better cities.

Terrible service. After being seated it took 20 minutes to order and over an hour for the food, which came only after being asked for it to be placed in boxes to go due to the long delay. All tables around ours were quickly served, paid their bills and new customers seated. Owner and staff were arrogant and basically could only say that "it was a busy weekend, come again." AVOID this place !! My true rating is -1 star.

Great little Mexican joint straight across from Santa Anita Race Track and within walking distance of the Gold Line. Establishment has changed somewhat over the years, but the quality of the food and service has never diminished. And even on the busiest days, it still manages to feel fairly cozy -- especially in the bar or out on the patio.

Peppers is one of my favorite places for Champagne brunch. It is $11.99 for an entree and 3 glasses of champagne. Plus chips and salsa of course. They are trying to fade out their old salsa but if you ask, they will bring it out. Not sure why they are changing it. The new version is not as good.

Always great food & good prices! They also serve a delicious spinach and pineapple drink, that is a must have ! Do keep in mind they make food fresh and on the spot so it takes a "minute" to get your food.

Salsa in the bar is good. Being across the street from the track the sport part of the bar keeps good track of the ponies. Modelo on tap isnt too bad.
