Im sitting here waiting for my pizza that was supposed to be delivered an hour ago. In my not-entirely-sober state, I forgot that the last time I ordered from this place, it took forever for my pizza to show up and when it did, it showed up cold. I had to microwave a newly delivered pizza. That shouldnt happen. Yet, here I am again. Probably about to be on the receiving end of another cold pizza. Next time Im in a drunken pizza mood, hopefully I remember to avoid this place like the plague. Delivery guy finally showed up. Didnt even have a pen for me to sign the receipt. Pizza barely above room temperature. Avoid.

This place looks like its staffed with high school kids. Waiting behind a couple who said they didnt get their pizza delivered. While waiting, there were flies flying around. Didnt seem right. Finally I was helped by a female employee and told her my name for pick up. Guess she didnt hear me the first time. She asked if this was my order. No. She has an accent. It seems as if English is her second language. Unacceptable. This place gets two stars because I dont know where else theres a Pizza Hut

Started with great beer. We then had some of the best bread Iv ever tasted. We decided to order various plates to share. We started with clams in a white wine sauce with two pieces of bread at the bottom. No need to dip. our next dish was asparagus with a fried duck egg on top. Just amazing. Fritters and burrata to finish it off. Profiteroles and grasshopper pie. Excellent in every way. Thank you.

Terrible customer services ! I order online and after 55 min late I decide to cancel my order . My wife went from a hospital after operation and ask me to order some pasta . Never ever will try again . The manager Hang out phone on my face . The worse experience ever I will contact Pizza Hut Main office . Pizza Hut on 35 skyline Blvd are very bad !

Ordered pizza an hour before they closed and they say 80 minutes. OK fine. Takes very close to two hours, I call and the first thing the guys says is they are closed, I tell him the situation and he puts me on hold and never comes back. The pizza is hard as a damn brick, I can pick the entire thing up with one. This was garbage.

Tried a few times since I loved Pizza Hut in the East Coast (or anywhere than this one) thinking I was just unlucky the previous time, but every delivery was a disappointment. Practically lukewarm, minimal cheese & topping pizzas. If going for a chain store Pizza, go with the Dominos when in Daly City!

Pizza was cold when it was delivered..box was crushed ..very little cheese on it..and hardly any toppings ..i paid 24 bucks for a nasty pizza... Called and they said manger would call back..but never did.

Only THIS pizza hut does it right. They know just how to make the crusts perfectly savory and crispy! Usually pizza places make them too doughy or too crispy. Gotta love the $10 deal!

I ordered delivery and was by far the worst pizza i have ever had. It was lukewarm by the time i got it and the taste was despicable. Will be the last time i waste $40 on their pizza
