Tried for the first time for my wifes and my 3rd anniversary. Called and set reservation for 5, stated it was our anniversary. Arrived 20 minutes before dinner, were greeted and welcomed to sit in bar lounge. Fresh house chips waiting on tables, extensive beer, wine and spirits list. Were seated just minutes after 5, and congratulated for our celebration. Atmosphere is rustic yet elegant. Wife took advantage of early dinner special, salad, grilled snapper with vegetables and a dessert..... ...only $25! I ordered rib eye and substituted duck fries for baked potato. Wow, duck fries!! Only place on west coast that Ive found knows how to do blackened rare. Food was perfect, sauces for steak are wonderful. Only complaint, Heinz catsup, the duck fries deserve better, maybe a Russian catsup, eat plain or use the sauces for the rib eye. Waiter offered to upgrade our early dinner dessert choice free of charge for our anniversary. All look great, but oh my the pumpkin cake! Were buying a full cake to take to folks for Thanksgiving. The upgrade was a thoughtful and generous gift. The type of customer service our society has forgotten. Thank you! Final wrap up, great food, good atmosphere, good pricing and excellent customer service. Definitely coming back for next anniversary and any other reason we can find.

We walked in with great excitement, only to be greeted by a dark haired girl that gave the most awful non-verbals we have ever witnessed. We actually asked her if something was wrong... Her manager then took over and tried to cover for her immaturIty and lack of customer service experience. Food started to come and I have to say that the soup was off the charts good, however the steak and chicken were the worst cooked main entrys my girlfriend and I have ever had. What made the experience worse was the waiter did not stop by one time to ask how our food was prepared until desert came out. I was informed by some locals that the owner, Shah Bahreyni, was on vacation and that the quality of service was not being looked after. The upside potential is huge for this place, but a lesson in customer service is warranted...

Rica carne. Muy bien sabor. Lindo lugar, ambientación. Buena atención. Pero no es un restaurant argentino, los cortes de carne no son los típicos srgentinos, no hay provoleta ni chorizo y los postres tampoco son los típicos. Esperaba encontrarme con flan, panqueques con ddl y no fue así. Si, la carne es muy buena, pero cortes típicos yankees

The Thanksgiving meal was horrible. It was like pressed deli meat and not fresh cooked Turkey. Very little gravy and had to ask for more so as to eat the dry so called turkey and the butternut squash soup was tasteless. Waiter was excellent. However he did not mention that if I was sharing a meal with my husband (I had bariatric surgery and cannot eat but a few bites) there would be a $10 extra charge for the plate. Very upset and am writing to the manager rather than make a scene at the restaurant.

I read a few negative reviews on here but decided to try it for ourselves and *so glad* we did. Food was excellent! Probably the best steak Ive had in the bay area. With a great wine list and we shared starters Be dessert - which the waiter kindly made us an off-menu sampler so we could try a range of Argentinian items. A great atmosphere, highly recommended for a romantic and tasty evening out....

Wonderful place for a great dinner. Great ambience and one of the best steaks that I have had in a long time. They know how to do it right. They are a little pricy but the service is good and the food is great! Easy to get to...right off the freeway. The fountain in the parking lot looks really cool at night.

It was our first time and it was Best restaurant on our top restaurants list. Definately we got what we payed for! The food was excellent and delicous! We will be coming back again and again. The service was excellent! *we came for dinner and we were satisfied!*

I have eaten at Boca many times and it never fails. They have the worst service of any restaurant Ive been in. Worst wait staff. I have sat for up to 25 minutes at a table waiting for somebody to take my order. I wouldnt survive if I ran my business that way.

I just ate there last night, GREAT steak. They bring out these different sauces to put on the meat, but my meat was so good, I felt the sauces covered up the flavor - yes, the meat is THAT good :) excellent service too

This place is pretty good, but a bit high priced. They remodeled a while back and changed the menu to compete with the lunch crouds. Wish they would have kept the dinner menu the same though.

Casual dining for rich white people. Food was meh... I had fish and chips. I have had better in dive bars. Service was good and the fries were good. Bar is small, outside seating is nice.

Great traditional steak house has been in Novato forever - they have this figured out! Recently updated to "tavern" status, now with a dash of hip & cool to go with your old school steak.

Boca has delicious food but is a bit pricey. Its a great happy hour spot, and im sure there dinner is a amazing but its a little above my price range for a dinner spot.
