Service is quick and friendly. The banchan here is pretty good. The salad and hot food bar is mediocre and so are the meat selections. We ordered Premium Ribeye which tasted like a breakfast steak Sirlon. Spicy squid is super spicy and chewy. LA style short ribs is on a sweeter side but probably the best meat with all kind of meats we ordered. For $28 per person ($35 with tax and gratuity), is not a bad place to be with large group.

Omg! I do not want to let people know this place exists because then it will get crowded. Came here at lunch. You should come hungry and wear your BBQ clothes. Lots of good flavor and variety that other places do not have. Lots of veggies and sides at the salad bar. Great service too...look for Jade and Zane.

The pork stew, the kimchee stew, the short ribs were the best options. The staff was very kind and attentive given the size and space of the restaurant. The salad bar cover was scratched, which made it hard to see the items underneath. I would eat here on occasion, but not every month.

You can only order 4 items at a time. Slooooow service at dinner time. Reordered some food and they forgot, we had to reordered again. BE CAREFUL when they replace the BBQ plate in the middle of the table: they dropped boiling oil on my friends hand......

Very nice staff. Wasnt very crowded. The food was OK. Pretty good flavor, but the cuts of meat werent the best, not very marbled, very fatty. It is all you can eat, so theres that.

Omg.. this place is one of the best korean bbq place in San Jose. With new owner ship everything is changed! I definitely recommend this place ! A lot better than Zen
