I love the food here, the workers are hard working. However service is a hit or miss. It was one of my favorite places to go. The last few visits were not so great, I think because of the two regular ladies that always served are longer there...? Because of the popularity, the culture, and their food this place is packed. Unfortunately though because I havent seen the two younger waiters, services has steeped. The last time I went was a waited 45min time for a party of 4 adults and 4kids so understanding, and they were busy. Unfortunately though we were sat and again waited for another 25 min and were didn receive any drinks, no side dishes, and the two other families sat down after us were served first. So we got up and left. We went to the restaurant next store. Sorry but you just lost a loyal customer, I came for dinner almost every week. My first day here was with friends Dec 2015!! That day was the best!

Horrible customer service! My fiancé and I have been here before and we know that customer service is never their strong suit. This time was the worst. There were a total of five of us and we ordered two combos. When the waitress that brought out the sides, we thought we were going to get two since each order normally comes with sides. The main dish arrived and we asked if we were going to get more sides and she said no. We went back and forth and luckily one of friends calmed be down because I was ready to go ballistic. If I ordered two combos, they should come with two portions of sides, not one. Then my fiancé wanted her own rice and the waitress said "That needs to ordered in advance. Let me go ask." WTF! Then we asked for refills on our sides and she said it would cost an additional $3. WOW! Also, I had to ask for water twice before she brought it over. Never again will I come here!

My husband and I have come here for many lunches and dinners. This is authentic Korean food. I love the rice in the cooking pots and it is perfectly cooked and pleasing to the eye. The side dishes are wonderful, and they will bring you more if you just ask. My husband likes the curry dishes, and I love the Short ribs combo. What a great deal! I usually end up with some leftovers as well. Like I said, love the rice and always take the leftovers home. Best days to come are during the week, just after the lunch rush! Very nice servers and have always been treated very well here. Im not too sensitive in Asian restaurants, because being direct is just their culture! Enjoy, youll want to come back.

Really bad service. And Im not just saying from one time experience. Unless you speak Korean when you step in, or youbare white without kids, you are not going to get good service. We came in with 4 kids they just basically tell our kids to shut up. Our kids werent not screaming, just being excited, and we did tell our kids to use indoor voice. Then they just left us hanging at the table for 10mins before even paying attention to us. When she notice we havent order, she asked why. I said nobody ever come take our order, she replied "ok. Im here. Order." On the other hand, the tables that speak Korean are well served. I love the food here but I dislike the service very much.

went there for my dads bday and we didnt make any reservations so it was expected wed wait. after a few mins my mom decided to ask how long it would it be for 7 people. the lady looked at my mom and repeated 7? then she asked again - 7? the lady told my mom that it might be a while for the very back seat to open up because most of the tables only seat 6... she wouldnt give us an extra chair @ an open table!! wtf? she was going to make us wait for a family of 3 to finish eating but they had just sat down so the wait wouldve been 25-30 mins! seriously?? we went to v garden instead

Not particularly impressed, though its my first time. It seems popular though being theres always a wait list. Ill temper that with the fact that theres a dearth of Korean restaurants in the area (it seems). Dol sot bi bim bap wasnt impressive at all. Lacking in meat, and with that said, not sure theres much to say about rice, veggies and egg in a hot stone pot. Standard fare kimchi as well. Service was friendly. Its in a small shopping center, I wouldnt call it a mall. Its a small restaurant so small groups only. Free parking in lot. Low/mid priced.

Friendly service, great food! Out of the side dishes, the fried fish they give is to die for. We ordered 6 to go!! The Kimchi Tofu soup (pork) I had was perfect. I had just come from my Korean trip and already missing the food and this was a perfect remedy. This is my second time. First time, I did not know what I was ordering or how to eat it but this time, I knew exactly what everything was supposed to taste like and this satisfied my urge. I will be going again and again.

The service here is really getting bad. Its not the quality of the servers-- theyre very nice. The front of house is understaffed. Two waitresses is not enough for the entire restaurant. Two waitresses have to perform the role of host, waitress, cashier, and busboy. The back of house must be understaffed as well, because the food has been going downhill. We used to come here regularly, but after our last experience, we wont be coming back.

Horrible service. I would give it 0 star if I have the choice to! The waitress didnt even do their jobs. When I asked for more side dishes they threw a tray at us and said to put empty dishes on the tray. I cant even come back to this place any more. Its their job as a waitress to serve their customers. It took them 10 mins to bring our side dishes and 10 seconds to refill them! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

Unbelievable! Honestly terrible service here when we asked for more side dishes they just dumped a tray on us and told us to put all the trays there then left! The food here isnt that great either. Go to federal way instead its a bit further but the difference is like night and day. Also they only gave us 3 fishes when there were 4 people.

My favorite restaurant in Seattle. You know how you eat a bag of chips and feel like crap, the food here is the opposite of that. It feels good in your stomach and body. Usually theres so much food I order 1 dish less than total amount of people. If your wondering if you should check it out, do it! So frackin delicious.

I had the noodles which was plain and they put bunch of lettuce and the portion was very small. The two fat waitress were very unaware of who who comes in and out so I had to wait extra minutes. I think whoever gave more than 2 stars for this place are probably none Koreans who has not been to real korean restaurants
