Ive never been to a Starbucks as efficient as this one. They have possibly the fastest drive-thru service that Ive ever seen. Ill spend more time waiting to get on to Azusa Avenue then I will in the line to order and pick up my drink. Not only that, the Baristas are very courteous and polite and respectful of your time.

Worst service ever... The cashier was clueless and had to ask someone else to help her.. I had to repeat my drink several times before asking for help...all I ordered was an espresso frap with an add shot. Needless to say I had to ask for it to be remade twice before it tasted right...will never go back ever.

This location sucks.. no lounge, built for drive through service. The staff are inconsiderate. I get coffee here every once in a while. One day I had to use the restroom.. they turned me away because I didnt purchase anything prior.. i was untill that situation.. So i wont be a customer here anymore.

The store looked clean and it was interesting sitting on the tables outside but I was really disappointed when I found out their router was in the back of the store and there is no wifi in the front of the store with the tables and chairs.

The drive thru is typically very quick but getting back out onto Azusa is mad. Dont expect to ever go North onto Azusa straight out of Starbucks, the exit takes you directly onto Southbound Azusa.

They had 15 minutes until closing and my buddy and I went through the drive thru and they ignored us. We drove to the window and they were in there cleaning up and closing up.
