I honestly dont see what the hype is here. My fiance and I decided to stop by around 10am on a Sunday. We sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes to be spoken to super rudely over the speaker while we were ordering. The lady kept cutting me off while I was ordering and told us to pull ahead before we finished our order. I got a plain bagel with garden cream cheese and there was a disgusting amount of cream cheese just plopped in the middle..like enough for 3 bagels and it wasnt even spread out. My fiance got a breakfast sandwich and it was bland and didnt taste fresh. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for here.

If you are reading complaints about horrible service and horrible bagels, you might want to ask yourself why are they so busy. I personally have had great service. Yes, it sometimes take a little while to get your bagel if you show up during "hangover hour" on Saturday or Sunday morning. Great outdoor seating that blocks the wind and is heated if needed. Nice people and they accept wireless payments for people like me who forget wallets but never my phone.

TERRIBLE!!!! This is the third time in as many trips I have ordered the same thing. An onion bagel toasted w butter and an everything bagel w cream cheese. Every time they put cream cheese on my onion bagel and butter on my baby mamas everything. Seriously how hard is it!! It ruins my morning and I have let it slide twice well no more!! I will not be back and I have been a customer for 20 years! FIGURE IT OUT PEOPLE!!!

This was my first time coming, and it was HORRIBLE.. I waited in a 20min line then when I got my order they forgot the creamcheese no big deal so I went it and talked to the lady she was super sweet But when I got my bagels and I went to my car they gave me soggy cold Begals they put so much creamcheese u can tell they were just being rude about it. First and last time coming in

Terrific coffee (Hazelnut is amazing). Refreshing & healthy smoothies. Delicious bagels, all flavors. Great sandwiches. Their jalapeno cheese bagel toasted with cream cheese tastes like nachos!!! SO YUMMY!! Get a frequent customer card & have it stamped each time to earn your freebie coffee or smoothie. Usually a wait but worth it!

I wasnt much of a bagel person until I tried theirs. A year later, and Im still hooked! Not only do they have the best bagels in the OC, but even more so, its their flavored, house-made cream cheese spreads that do it for me, especially the garlic or jalapeño. Better than any other bagel shop in the OC.

Very tasty bagel sandwiches (i tried egg, Canadian bacon, and cheese on onion bagel). Friendly staff. Quick service. Decent drip coffee. The place even has a drive through. Great small "coffee shop / bakery" feel and alternative to all the usual chain stores. Try it out.

BAGELMANIA DOES NOT SALE BAGELS!!!!! They sale a verity of tasteless bread baked into a rounded bagel shape. You are better off going to a large chain restaurant than here. Shame on anyone that even suggests that these are New-York style bagels.

This has been our favorite spot the last 10 or so years. BEST White Chocolate blended around and their bagels are AWESOME. Im now partial to the Unicorn bagel. We dont live in HB anymore so we drive up from Irvine for our fix!

This is our go-to place on Sunday mornings. We love Baglemania. We have been going there since 1994 when we moved into the area. The people that work there are so nice and friendly....and the bagels are the best!

Bagels were very good. Coffee was great. They have a variety of decaf coffees and the one I had was very good. Most places dont have more than one type of decaf so I enjoyed having a choice.

They have a drive through. Perfect for lugging around kids and dont want to get down but still want a healthy bagel and coffee. Peanut butter and jelly and banana bagel is tasty.
