The shop itself is nice and pleasant. The workers do have a pleasant presence. However, pleasant presence does not equal good customer service. Sarah and Britney are particularly guilty of this. This is the third time I have been to Classic Coffee. Each time I was not given a receipt. Why do I insist on a receipt? The password for the WiFi is on the receipt. This should be automatic because people come in here to use the WiFi. The workers know this. They advertise the free WiFi. They saw me with my computer when I ordered. They saw me set up my computer. Good customer service would have figured out that I needed the password for the WiFi, and thus the receipt. Then, when I came to the counter, she asked if I needed the receipt. So, that means they knew all along, yet they waited for me to come up to ask for it. Is this good customer service? Maybe once it is alright, but all three times. Some of you may be regulars and may think that the demeanor is pleasant, but I let you decide if the above scenario is acceptable.

Classic Coffee is awesome. Its not a Starbucks which has suffered due to poor quality drinks and automated machines. Its not an overly trendy hot spot. Instead, its just right. Theyre super friendly, its a great atmosphere in the old downtown village of Glendora, and they make incredible drinks. I love the dirty chai, basic lattes, and their good ol regular cup o joe. They also serve up a mean bowl of oatmeal for a lot less than Starbucks dried flakes. Its a great place to pick up your daily coffee, or sit down and hang out, meet up with groups, or work remotely. (Sorry Starbucks, you lost out on creating a third place for me - the local shops like Classic are doing it so much better now.) Definitely recommend Classic ;)

Their ice coffee is so bomb compared to various places that Ive been to in LA, San Gabriel Valley and the Valley area. The barista told me that they brew it overnight for 12 hours so it seems legit. Very spacious--has both a quiet section as well as a noisier area. The tables and chairs in the hallway dont make noise as you move them which is a plus. The location is a definite charm.

Family owned coffee shop. The coffee is GREAT, strong, and the employees are genuinely nice and get to know you on a personal level very quickly (a lot of the employees are college students). Its relatively quiet and a great place to meet up with people or just study!

I love the atmospherr, the staff, and the coffee. Jonathan is fun to talk to while you wait for him to craft your coteur lattes. Lots of students hang out here, and everyone in town knows about it. Its a clean, well-lighted place.

Very cool vibe! All the servers I encountered were very nice. They serve their tea very hot, I sat there for about three hours and it was still warm enough to drink! I also had a pastry that was very well done as well.

Great coffee! The $1 steel cut oatmeal is the best dollar Ive spent in a long time. Wait staff very friendly. The cashier recommended the peach mango smoothie and I loved it. Will definitely be back. And free WiFi.

The staff here is the best!!! We always walk in from my office down the street with a complicated order for multiple people and they are always super nice about it. You leave happy with your drink every time!

Went here before the Christmas parade. It was super crowded but the workers remained calm and everything tasted great afterwards. The lady who took my order was courteous and got it right the first time.
