Came here to get a drink while visiting the area. Their payment system was obviously down, given they made me swipe my cards several times and declined every time. I know my cards were fine, so it wasnt the card. Thankfully I had some change and was able to scrounge the cash for the drink, because I usually doing carry cash. It was very frustrating, and I wont be back again. Now Im going ti have to monitor my cards to make sure they dont try to charge me several times over for the drink I finally paid cash for.

Service is great and restroom is clean, however it seems they have a cellphone signal blocker in the building. I had full network connection on my phone until I opened the door and entered the building. Once inside I lost all signal and was forced to use the WiFi to open the CBTL app. I have Sprint as my carrier.

This CBTL is just a block away from Disneyland near the Katella and Harbor Blvd. intersection. There are a few tables and chairs indoors and a small patio facing Katella Ave. CBTL staff here are friendly and prompt. Keep in mind that parking is very limited as the lot is shared with a hotel and pharmacy.

Customer service is lacking at this Coffee Bean and their Apple Pay doesnt work very well. I visited everyday during my week long trip and found the baristas werent very friendly and the drinks messy. It did the job to get some coffee drinks but theres room for improvement.

Had some time to spare so I stopped by this place as it was on the way. It is tucked away behind the cvs pharmacy. The service was so-so, despite it wasnt crowded at all. This place doesnt take the Pay by app so I had to dig out my card to pay.

Always consistent with friendly service. And always willing to accommodate special request. Whether youre an Anaheim or Simi Valley the consistency of the food and drinks and service are always excellent. Compared to other popular coffee shops.

The reviews for this place was right on the money! Clean and friendly location connected to Marriott Springhill suites, friendly staff and above all more affordable than Starbucks several meters away. Coffee and bearclaw was pretty good too!

Good place to study and have a coffee, usually pretty quiet, parking is a little problem tho since they only have like 3 or 4 designated parking spots and street parking is nearly impossible
