Today during Happy Hour the girl working the drive thru around 2:30 pm was unwilling to make different transactions for the order I wanted to place (so that I could obtain the correct amount of stars through the Starbucks rewards program). She stated that, "I cant do that, its happy hour right now." After I explained that, "Ive never had an issue with other locations doing separate transactions." She continued, "I just dont have the time to do all that." I kindly replied back, "Okay, I wont be placing my order with you. I will go to another location." The Starbucks on Brookhurst and Wesminster Ave. down the street were not only willing to make the separate transactions but, were very friendly, quick, and efficient during a busy "happy hour." I was very pleased and grateful for them.

Hit or miss, but it seems like the employees act like they can get away with a lot of their attitude since Starbucks is the only establishment in that plaza right now. Not friendly, dont greet, messy drinks and they chat to each other a lot while ignoring the customers.

Ordered hot grande vanilla latte and grandeur iced Carmel Maciatto. Got a cup of hot milk and iced milk. When asking for a replacement, they said those were the right items and to leave the drive thru... Thank you for the 10 milk, iced and hot.

Got a house blend which tasted days old, served with attitude In true California tradition with a "screw you" fake smile.i guess I would be this way too if my local government crowded me out with illegals and told me to deal with it.....

While some of the other Starbucks in my area are going downhill with the quality and tastes of their coffee, this one has remained overall A+ and has seemed to have improved. Consistently great.

Not a huge fan of pricey Starbucks coffee, but this one was a pleasant, clean, quiet place to wait for our car to be serviced. Also had a blueberry muffin that was fresh & tasty.

Seriously? I showed up at 8:45pm and they had already closed. Seriously? They close at 9. I doubt going out of their way for one drink wouldnt have killed them.

Great Starbucks to pick up all your Iced coffee, fraps, specialist food, mini snacks, and all the such items. Its fast and quick for your in and out visits.

I ordered 2 mocha frapuccino 1 was darker than the other one. Its not suppose to be 1 recipe for all. in some locations they make it better than others
