My expectations werent high based on previous reviews but it was St. Pattys day and my wife wanted a corned beef dinner. Friar Tucks obliged with a very well prepared corned beef dinner with all the usual fixings (or so Im told) and my burger was juicy and delicious, with fresh crisp veggies and a side of fries that were fried just right, not too soft but not too crispy. The atmosphere was rather eclectic with an extra helping of flat panel TVs, great for a pub. The staff were very nice, despite what was certainly one of their most stressful days of the year. Only thing I can complain about was I ordered a whiskey and Coke and they brought me a whiskey sour (Im sure they would have corrected it though had I cared enough to say something).

They have a special window for late night munchies!!!! Karaoke night is fun. They get a few people in there who can really sing! Although, I feel like, on the weekends, as the night goes on, they should switch it up a bit. I dont care what kind of music they play, I just cant listen to a bunch of drunk people singing all night long.

Nice roomy bar locals are friendly the only complaint I would have is over priced drinks with no booze very weak pour unless youre a local no disrespect to them it all comes down to the female bartender "dark hair a little bitchy" other its a nice place for you and kid friendly

I go to SSU and I recommend Karaokes is really fun. I had gone to it for atleast 2 weeks in a row and i got to admit i didnt think Karaoke was me, until now!! it s full of ssu students that i meet and that are fimiliar faces to me. the dj practically has every song made!

I love this place!! It is always so fun on Thursday nights! It does get packed but if youre looking for a college night atmosphere, this is where its at. Super awesome and friendly staff. Great food and drinks. Ive never had a bad experience ❤

Really cool place with a relaxed atmosphere. Patio in the back, place to play pool in another section of the bar. Really neat and wooded on the inside, very Irish style. This turns into a club after around 11. Food is pretty good too!

Lovely cocktails and excellent food. Got a $6 salad and a Bloody Mary and was stuffed when I left. I was very pleased when I asked for avocado on my salad they threw in quite a lot, and didnt just garnish like most places.

I love coming here and playing Pool. Great pool sticks, and good drinks. Only a buck per game and they have 3 tables. Good place to spend a evening relaxing and having some fun.

Celiac Friendly they had certified gluten free hard cider. It was very good. The atmosphere was fun, relaxed and friendly. Not too noisy. We could still talk with ftiends.

The cheese steak sandwich is amazing. A bit of heat to it so be warned. The staff is awesome. Always checking in and quick with their service. Great place for a quick bite.

This is a really good place to go on Sundays during football season. They have all the games on and good beer on tap. I think they also do some sort of brunch buffet thing.

They dont have Dewars and they promote Scotch whiskeys, so I dont understand why they have never carried Dewars or ever will. Its been at least 20 years now ?!?!
