Good beer but Ill drink it elsewhere. Ive had several of Iron Springs brews at pubs in the east bay and always thought they were exceptional, so my husband and I were excited to check out the brewery after a hike in Fairfax. The beer didnt dissapoint, but the ambiance of the pub was what youd get if you decorated a hospital cafeteria with Grateful Dead posters. The Poc Chuc was tasty with the exception of the rice, which Id bet money was from the Trader Joes freezer. The service was decent for happy hour, and the drink prices were more than fair, but I cant say Id return.

I loved this place because the wait staff were really nice and they gave us a free scoop of ice cream bc it was alexs birthday. Also, the happy hour priced are to die for and the southwest chicken sandwich was good. The garlic fries are better than the onion strings. Good beer, good cheer, and the food sure was dear. Lots of kids and dogs that pissed on the sidewalk instead of the dirt, which I didnt understand, but you never really can with dogz, can you? The happy hour was great.

Best place in town for a beer and a burger, hands down. Incredible hand crafted beers. The specials are off the hook. Peeps are super nice, atmosphere super casual. Great place for kids, but not too shabby for casual date night either. Outside seating with cold beer ever so kind after a nice bike ride on a warm day. A Green Certified Business, they run their Ambrewlance (a converted ambulance they use to deliver beer) on their used cooking oil. Go there and feel the love.

Great brew pub! Very relaxed. Good beer and food. Friendly people working and great music when they have it (wednesday evenings). Monday night is fish n chips and tuesday night is charity "give-back X% of profits". really a cool place for any time. Ive been going here for over a decade and it is still the easy default.

Not Musician Friendly Iron Springs Brewery cancelled a gig with our band that had been booked for 4 months. The funniest part is they could only afford $125 for a whole band. They must be hurting as a business and now I see why. If you mess with honest travelling musicians you must have no soul

Good pub food and descent beer. They have a few vegetarian options, including their own veggie burger. They have a pretty good range of beer options. For me, the Sless Oatmeal Stout is by far the best option. Most of the other beers are a bit too hoppy for my taste.

This is the perfect spot to refuel after a day of outdoor adventure in West Marin. The micro brew selection is outstanding, including rotating seasonal selections, and the food is delicious. The pulled pork nachos are a must try as are the garlic fries.

Fantastic local pub. Best beer in the bay area, decent prices, great atmosphere. Ive been going for the past 6 years and the quality is always good. Now I have a kid, Im even more enamored by it. The wait staff are amazingly tolerant of our daughter.

Awesome beer, fantastic food, and stellar accommodations. Called ahead for a reservation, and they offered to seat our party of 7 in their private "green room". This was perfect for us, and we had a really enjoyable time.

I got the brewpub chicken club for $18 and it was pretty underwhelming. Chicken was flavorless and the bacon was hard to find but flavorful when it was there. Would have been happier if the price matched what I got.

A good family place. A little loud but fun. The people are nice the beer and food are good. They usually have a Tuesday night donation night where some of the proceeds go to a cause.

Warm, fun, easy family atmosphere, friendly to cyclists and dogs. Great service staff. Recommend the BLT as a staple and taking a gander at their daily specials; food and beer.

Good food, really good house brews. Ive been here twice visiting from Florida, and love the drive up to Iron Springs from the city and the ambience of the place.

It can get a bit noisy here because it is kid friendly (and dog friendly too) but the food and community make it all worth it. Oh and did we mention the BEER!
