The food was okay, but the service was awful. A friend and I went there for lunch because we had a Groupon for two people or more, and really wanted to try it out. When we walked in we were motioned (from a distance) to sit anywhere and pointed to the buffet. No menus were offered, didnt ask us what we wanted to drink, and after being handed our naan and water glasses we didnt see our sever again until the end. We got there around 2:30 and by 3:00 we had a sever tap his watch and tell us to get more food if we wanted because they were going to pick up everything. Had someone actually talked to us when we arrived I think it wouldve been smart to notify us what time lunch was over so that we could decide whether to stay or go, instead of rushing us out. The food was good but lukewarm, and very little was left. Because it was a buffet, my friend and I got up a few time to get new dishes but, despite there being what looked like three servers and only two tables, no one picked up our dirty dishes or refilled our water glasses. I had to refill my own water glass from my water bottle.The other table was occupied by men and I did not notice the sever talking down to them like he did my friend and I (both women). The check was delivered to our table and quickly picked up before we got a chance to get to it which clearly annoyed our server, so when I told him we had a Groupon he said we couldnt use it because it was only accepted at dinner time. This information was NEVER stated in the fine print of the Groupon. I tried to explain that to him and his response was, "Well, IM telling you" gave an exasperated sigh and walked away. My friend and I were left to pay out of pocket for lunch and were left with an unused Groupon that had to be refunded because there was NO WAY WED EVER RETURN to that place. Its a shame because we really like Indian food and were always happy to support local businesses.

Worst Experience I have been this Hotel during my visit to LA, and had the worst exp with this hotel. 1) Price is more and quality of food is very less comparing to other Indian hotels in this area. 2) The Staff (At least who served to us) was very rude. When we visited the hotel there was a marriage party going on and there was no one to take care other regular guests. 3) As I am a Biriyani lover, We ordered for Chicken Biriyani and Ginger chicken, both came as Night Mare, Biriyani was too spicy, I would say in one plate of Biriyani they added Red Chili for five plates, and Ginger Chicken was with out any salt and spice. If you are in hurry and if you are looking for really good Indian food avoid this hotel

Crew is worst.Not friendly.Very delay in serving.Dont plan for parties if you have less people(40-60).There is an event manager named William.He doesnt know how to talk to customers. Has very bad attitude and was using criticizing words .Avoid him if possible.He was saying "you dont have budget to organize the party here". When I asked for an extra table for the party,he was saying "we wont give the whole restaurant for your party".I really dont know how the people use these type of words to the customers. I am surprised how he was able to manage in his position with this attitude.

Be aware of entire crew. They hire temporary workers and my daughters cell was stolen on 8/1/15. Owner Balbir told us that he can not let us watch their video recording despite his regular employees requested us to speak to him. I have hosted few parties before However, this would be the last place I would host party again where owner doesnt support clients who host parties and customers who visit the place during the party. Its forcing me to give at least one star; however, they dont deserve one even as I am up against buying my daughter another iPhone.

I was worried that this place would not be good because of several past poor reviews. Im glad I went because the food is really good. I had the lunch buffet and there was plenty to choose from. If you are expecting your server to stop by every 5 minutes to ask how you are doing (past reviews) it wont happen, but in my experience thats how it is in many asian/middle east restaurants. Its just the culture I think. Anyways, if you are looking for good Tandoori and you dont mind flagging down the server to get a drink refill then this is a good place to go.

Second time coming after 2 years, food is still delicious. Only issue is a marriage function going on same day we visited, did not feel comfortable even in second room because washroom was in main room and everyone was dressed in formal clothing. Would definitely recommend on any other day or even for takeout. Also hours of operation are wrong, they are open until late even during weekdays.

If you want good service dont go there you will not get any service. I went with my son and it was horrible even asking the waiter twice for the bread Naan was bever brought to our table as well no water. we left $20.00 on the table and left never again we will go there as well will recommend to avoid if you can

This is a solid Indian food restaurant Ive been going to for a few years now. Legit atmosphere and the ability to host large parties is definitely a plus. I love that when I tell them extra spicy they know just how to turn up the heat to get me sweating and crying like a baby!

Food was just about average. Poor selection of wine and most of the drinks in the menu were not available. The waiter was rude and wasnt serving our table properly. When we asked for the cheque, he gave us a hand written paper with alot of crisscrosses. Was disappointed.

I came here for a birthday party and the food was very good and the service was good. They sectioned of half the restaurant for the party which was nice so our party had there privacy. I would like to go back and order off the menu.

Food wasnt that good at all and floor was very very dirty and sticky so I cant imagine how the kitchen looks. To the owner: Get your carpet cleaned, it looked disgusting, you own a resturant so treat it like a resturant.

Great Indian food. Really nice for booking large events. The quality of the food has gradually increased but the general decor has stayed the same for nearly a decade. They should invest in upgrading the building.

Great buffet food, quite good selection of meat and vegetarian options. Service is adequate, but not much is expected for the lunch buffet. Clean bathrooms. We definitely keep this place in mind for lunch.

Waiter wasnt friendly at all. No sense of humor. Food was very blend. Was very disappointed and when u handed the waiter the Groupon voucher he gave me an attitude. Wow, wouldnt go back there again.
