I love The Patsy, and Ive been making the cammute every week on my day off from Riverside to buy some due to not being able to buy them anywhere in my area. I have been turned down twice when going and trying to buy a 12 pack because they refuse to sell me one from the back and not having any in the fridge. The staff every single time Ive went was very rude and not willing to help at all. Im only giving this review a two star because I like the beer. Customer service deserves a one. Btw, the bevmo in Newport sold the patsy in 12 packs and was a few bucks cheaper if anyone else was having this issue.

Great place to hang out after work. The Patsy on Nitro is great. If you want something a little stronger, the Black Dahlia is excellent as well. Some friends and I came here the other night for beers and Monster Hunter and it was a great time. They serve food too but if you only need a snack you can grab some of the free popcorn. The food is decent if a little expensive. It can get crowded inside and parking can be a real issue, so plan accordingly. Oh, I think they have a trivia night too if thats your thing.

Could of had a great experience at this brewery but unfortunaltely they were poorly run. Dont get me wrong, they had good craft beer and we enjoyed our flight, but we waited in line for over 30 minutes to get it and then another 30 minutes to close our tab. The lack of staff handling the orders is just awful. Our flight was cleared from our table before we could pay the bill, it seems their priorites are all wrong.

It was a little bit tricky to find but thanks to Google I found the brewery. The place was cozy and friendly. College crowd due to its proximity to UC Irvine. Their kitchen is full service with delicious appetizers and entrées on their menu. Must try their Black Dahlia, a Belgian-Style dark beer 11% ABV, 27 IBU. Another beer to taste is The Patsy, a Coconut Rye Stout, 6.5%, 37 IBU.

Tucked in between industrial buildings, the brewery is in the back of the building. It is popular with many after work, and there are great varieties of beer choices along with great food. Seating is plentiful but gets filled up quickly. Board games are also available along with free popcorn. On certain days, live music is available. I would definitely recommend this brewery

Jen and Patrick have served us. They know their stuff and definitely enjoy beer. We have grown fond of Jen. Shes a sweetheart. The atmosphere is really chill like a public house (what I imagine an old school pub would feel like) with games and good energy. They serve food that sounds delicious. Alas I have yet to try it. No. They dont serve "light beer" :-)

Free popcorn and games?! Your inner child will be stoked! I love this place! I had a beer flight which was delicious, the grilled cheese is fantastic, I also loved the pretzel, like that perfect beer food right? The dipping sauce was amazing, with caramel too! The whole experience was fantastic, super cute hip place. So go!

incredibly yum local beer. the tasting room serves up delish food to accompany the aforementioned yum beer. if you are planning on bringing 10+ at once, call ahead! they dont take reservations, but will do what they can to accommodate larger parties worth the tables available, when they know your coming.

I really like the vibe of this place however, its always super crowded. Parking is a bit hard if you arent there to make it on the inside lot as the streets are usually pretty filled up. Beer - they have a lot of interesting flavors but i found the mango flavored beer a bit sweet for my palete.

This is an awesome little brewery! Enjoy your drinks and food while playing throwback board games. They open the front panel of the location as well which lets the place feel larger and more breezy. Food was awesome! Drinks were awesome! Free popcorn and board games is awesome!

The ceiling fan was somewhat of a distraction while I was trying to chat up the bartender. However, it also blew lots of air and kept my friends feeling fresh...aside from the fan the beer was excellent . I recommend the patsy orange curtain and future tripping. Bottoms up!

Really enjoyed the varieties of the Patsy which were served. A standard version, nitro version and bourbon barrel version were available. Got the hummus platter as well but there were a bit too many tortillas, carrots and celery when compared to the hummus.

Super beers - the rum barrel aged stout is amazing. 1/2 pound bison burger was equally satisfying. He ambiance is casual borderline industrial since the back wall opens right into the brewery. Expect it to be busy, a bit cramped, and delicious.

Fantastic local brewery making a great variety of craft beers. Attentive staff was perfectly timed in their table visits to take orders and take away empty plates and glasses. The food is extremely good as well. Surprisingly so even.

Gracious host to the OC Mash Ups homebrew club meetings. Nice little tasting room that serves food and of course great deals for growler fills of Barley Forge beers. Grandpa Tractor, Orange Curtain, and Black Dahlia are my favorites.

Excellent brewery! The beers are delicious (The Patsy is my all time favorite; it being a coconut rye stout). Excellent staff and the brewery is super friendly with an all around fun environment. It does get very packed so beware.

The Patsy is there main attraction, tastes just like an Almond Joy. Some of the great taste lost on nitro but its super smooth. The Orange Curtain is a solid IPA. Bison burger may come under cooked, but theyll fix it. Great place.

Its a very nice atmosphere. Beer is better than a lot. What annoys me is this "full pour" not equal to a full pint nonsense. Subtle way to charge full pint price while keeping it a few ounces short. Less for more trickery.

Very cool local microbrewery. The beer was awesome. I recognize the Nom Nom Mango Wheat. The pulled pork sandwich was great. They have table games like connect four for people to play, I thought that was a nice touch.

Der Biersal, a crisp hef and The Patsy, coconut rye with stronger coconut overtones than Mauis brew were our favorites. Nice staff and a nice set up. 2/10 great beers for us, will reserve 5 stars as the brewery matures.

Great food options and not a single beer is bad. Gets loud and busy right around 5 but dies down later. Seating can be limited during busy times. Free popcorn and free board / table games to pass the time.

Really great beer, and the snacks are pretty good. They switch out the taps pretty often so there is lots of variety. Free valet and you can usually find on street parking. Finding tables can be tricky.

Good selection of beer and food. The Patsy (their coconut rye stout) is amazingly smooth, and Id say its a must try if you are okay with coconut in your beer.

Great beer and great atmosphere. Didnt get a chance to try their food but the smoker in the back smelled amazing. Definitely a good place to check out.
